Last year my phone slipped off my leg to the floor.

Soon my display was an inky purple that spread until it filled the screen. 👿 I checked with various businesses to have it repaired.

Then, I found Bad Apple.

Although the part was the same cost everywhere, they replaced my LCD screen/ display in a timely manner with fair labor cost.

Since then my phone has fallen multiple times with no recurrence of the LCD damage.

The feel of the screen is better and in my estimation better than the original. Recently, I bumped the corner of my husband's tablet as we were returning home and it fell to the floor. 😧 He picked it up and was checking it for damage as he crossed the room to call for our kids. 👀 As they came up the stairs to join us, a daughter bumped into his tablet, which tumbled to the floor. 😮 Although it seemed unscathed following the first fall it was not after the second. 😫 He discovered the display was functional but no longer lit. 🔦 Again, we went to Bad Apple.

They let us know it was a circuit board issue, consulted their tech at the warehouse, quoted a two week turn around or less, gave an estimate of labor costs, and promised to let us know if they could repair it. 🤞 We got a message a week later saying they took it apart, put it back together with a drop of solder, and could not replicate the problem. 💯 My husband went in to pick it up, and they didn't charge him for labor or the drop of solder.😉 🍏🍎 Many thanks to the good people, service, and experience at Bad Apple!!! . . . #Samsung #phone #tablet #repair #service #quality...

If I could give this zero stars I would! This is the worst place! Don't bring your devices here! My daughter brought her phone in for the screen to be fixed. She was told to do the value screen if she was going to end up trading it in eventually. She got her phone back quickly and an hour later It started "ghost touching" randomly doing things. We took it back in and they replaced the screen. It started "ghost touching" again. Took it back in for third time and was told that the value screen is really to be used to replace your screen so that it can be traded in. They by their OWN omission told me this and that this screen often has problems. Why am I paying $150 for an inferior product??? It's $20 more to have a premium screen that works put on. Since this was the third time in, and they were dealing with a teenager the first time (who I feel was taken advantage of since they didn't tell her the whole truth about the screen) I suggested they give me the premium screen at the same cost of the value (a $20 difference) for our trouble. They stated they couldn't do that- per the manager!! So they were willing to lose $150 vs $20 and any future business I may give them over $20. Terrible customer service!!! I will let everyone I know that you can get better service and product elsewhere as we went someplace else and got the PREMIUM screen for $150. Go support a business who cares about...

I wanted to really love the repair I got but it oseems it causes problem after problem with my phone. I took my phone in because it had a hard time charging. They ordered a charge port and the next week I brought it in for repair. I was told the repair went great and no other issues were seen. After the charge port repair my phone would loose service about every hour for 2-5 mins. I took it back o next day to figure out what was going on and was told to bring it in the following day and they would replace the port again as that has to do with service. I brought it in again and the port was replaced a second time but when I picked it up they said it couldn't seal the back and it must be the battery, even though after the first repair they said the battery looked OK. So I left with the back of my phone not sealed which felt confusing since that allows it to be easily exposed to water and dust. 2 days later i went back in as I didn't feel having the back open was OK so they said they would reseal it. It stayed sealed for a bit but now is fully popping open. I don't want to replace the battery and have yet more problems arise, especially when the battery wasn't an issue in the beginning and I dont know that I feel confident that replacing the battery will...
