Where do I Start? The idea of having a party here sounds amazing right? you get a party hostess to help and guide your party as well as they take care of the clean up. I once was a party hostess so I know what it entails. This party was much more stressful then imagined. The communication you get through email is either you get answer or you don't. So either get your answer yourself or keep emailing. I've been anticipating this party for a while and even up til the party date I kept questioning about the soft play area. The MANAGER emailed me and kept saying next week. I was nervous because we had guests that had young children and not all kids will want to climb. The day of the party it did NOT happen. Softplay was not yet inspected and up and running like the manager said it would be for weeks so we weren't very happy to be lied to because on top of the climbing walls it was just the arcade so I definitely only recommend having a party here ages 4+ or higher the better. Now.. I've been asking to see photos of the party area. I was told it's open party area and that was it.Unless someone posted in reviews or youve already been here ( it was our first time ) nothing is on the website which should be because it would help tremendously. I was able to get some photos from a FB group member that went a month ago and she took photos for me. I said okay it's open concept cool we can work with that. Come to find out that day we get an actual PARTY ROOM ( ORANGE ROOM) closed off etc ... I don't recommend it. It got crowded quick. It was HOT and stuffy no ventilation what so ever. My husband brought an extra table to keep food because all tables were taken up w either presents and cake and the rest was for guests. I told them I'll have more than 20+ guests through email and through a phone call and they still stuck us inside a small room. Now our party hostess was okay. Nice young fella, but on top of trying to get the party themed up within 10 min ( which is nothing) the room is blank white when you walk in. white table covers. white everything..He checked in a few guests ( we had to track him down 80% of the time) they do not help your kids to the walls you will have to do that unless you find some workers walking around or something.,but I did appreciate the clean up very much since it's one last thing I had to do. Now the room and climbing ( party reservation is 2 hours ) THIS IS NOT ENOUGH TIME. on top of climbing and eating and birthday cake singing you will be rushing from start to finish. I've never felt so stressed out and overwhelmed with a party reservation. I wouldn't do this again. 3 stars because this place looks amazing and so colorful my daughter and some of her friends had a fantastic time, but again be WARNED time goes by so quickly I do not recommend doing a party reservation especially if you don't know whether the kids you pay for will want to climb or not. Our total was about over $400 w military and tipped too ( not included w price) only recommend for an older age group. ( Though they say they cater to all ages) We had a few who said yes but then ended up not wanting to so keep track so you don't get charged. Overall we'll probably return becausemy daughter enjoyed it,but no party reservations in the future. Huge space so it accommodates many people and you don't have to wait to climb too much. You're able to bring your own food which is great. I really wish things could've gone more smoothly for us and they extended party reservations to at least 3 hours, but hey it's a lessened learned. We've never tried party reservations before so this was an eye opener. I would love for this place to be a bit better with their communication and to be open about their soft play attraction and what room you'll be getting . Would recommend the party host/ess check in more often and I'm surprised they don't cut cake and initiate gathering everyone to sing ( one of my duties as party hostess at Boomers in SM CA) . Anyways we'll be back so my daughter can use her free climb she...

Read moreWe had a really bad experience with this particular location. We have checked the hours on their website and they were supposedly closing at 9pm. So we planned accordingly and left around 330-4 pm. It was raining hard and we drove all the way there since we promised kids early in the week, but when we've arrived around 5 pm we were told the place was closing at 6 pm that day. We told them we checked the hours and it didn't say you're closing early. I asked if we can get some discount since we drove a long way and the kids were so excited. We were told "no, we posted on social media today we are closing at 6, you still need to pay the full amount" They haven't posted on their website that they were closing at 6 pm. I asked for Manager and she said she is the manager and there is nothing she could do. Then she gave me a business card for the General Manager Brian Rupp. I called him and told him we came a long way trusting their website hours and you are closing early, kids were so excited and they are crying now is there any way they can go in for 30 min with some discount. He said "no mam, they need to pay the full price for 30 min." He didn't even say "sorry to hear this..etc" Such an unprofessional response from a Manager. The way that employee handed me his business card "here, you wont get a better answer from him" showed the culture for the business. We explained kids that this business is not a good one with a very bad customer service . Since kids were disappointed we called sky zone and got such wonderful customer service. We went there and had such a nice time. We told kids we would never go back to Climb zone. Its been a week since this happened and my 5 year old was telling us today "Mom, Dad, Climb Zone should learn how to make their customers happy. We told him "yes, you are so right on that " I told the Manager over the phone that more than anything that day, his attitude and non caring voice bothered...
