Read moreFirst and foremost the Chic Fila franchise is outstanding, however this establishment let me down today. Let me explain how the atmosphere was inside. I arrived 3 minutes before the lunch rush and maybe two customers giving their food order leaving two waiting. So let's get started, Greeting, nothing I had to walk up the the cashier's and hope they would stop conversing enough to take my order. Taking my order, excellent, the cashier underatood what I wanted and this process went smoothly. After order completed, took my name and no other instruction so I walked over to the side where the condiments are and waited for my name to be called. Staff, a lot of non business discussion and joking going on. It seemed the staff was confused on certain processes. Order delivery, the staff called my name and handed my food tray to me. I was missing part of my order. I stood by two cashier's waiting on one customer and neither of them had any concern that I was standing there holding my tray of food. I had to stop another employee and ask for assistance to the remainder of my order. I am not fluent in Spanish, which seemed to be the primary language for the food preparers but the explanation of my remaining order to the food preparers was confusing to them. I finally received the remainder of my order. I ordered the Market Salad, Chic Fila has the only market salad that I truly enjoy and will not eat anyone else's because the quality and taste of this salad. However, today I was disappointed because the blueberries seemed to be freezer burnt as if the salad stayed in the cooler longer than it should have.

Read moreOrdered through door dash and gave door dash a call about an issue with my order and they said to give Chick-fil-a a call about my issue that I had which simply was that I received my ordered and that my drink did not request no ice but I received a large ice tea with no ice and there was no condensation on the side of the cup indicating that there WAS ice that may have melted along with the drink being entirely warm and did not taste fresh either. I wasn’t upset until I called the store and the manager I spoke to did not seem like he was happy to help me when I explained my issue and he said to bring the drink to the store and he’d replace it, understandable except that I am at work until 7 pm and my order was delivered at 3:45 pm (hence why I ordered through door dash). I explained to him that I would be at work until 7 and I would not be able to bring the drink to him and he responded harshly with “ well what do you want us to do, how am I supposed to help you” and I told him I guess nothing since it seemed that he did not want to help and he turned back around and said he would help but what do I want. I then said I guess I’d just bring my drink after work but obviously by then there’s clearly no indication of there being ice or not but whatever. Of course I will not be bringing it since 1. The restaurant is out of my way and I’m just wasting time and gas getting there and 2. It’s literally just a drink.
