How anyone knocks this place is beyond me. I highly recommend dining here. Every time we are in town for hockey, my family eats here and it is consistently good. This visit, I had a team dinner in our hotel lobby catered and it was a huge hit!

First of all, Alex is tremendously helpful. He advised me on how much food to order to comfortably feed everyone with not too much waste. Communication was great, he even gave me his cell phone so that we could coordinate his delivery with our arrival. It was seamless.

We ordered the baked ziti meal which also came with salad, meatballs, bread, and cookies. It was a great deal. All the food was delicious and presented very nicely. Alex ensured that we had everything we needed…plastic plates, serving utensils, silverware, napkins, 2 types of salad dressing (which I didn’t even request), and a nice platter of chocolate chip cookies and brownies. We also had a couple pizzas. Alex also put a discount on our order which was a nice surprise!

I had 28 people in our group and was able to feed the hotel staff, too. Everyone enjoyed it so much. We are back in January and if our schedule allows, it seems everyone is going to want to have this meal again.

I have been at this location many times and never had any issues until today. I ordered a Diablo Pasta to go, which I’ve had MULTIPLE times. I picked up my order and drove home. Once I got home, I took one bite and literally chocked and teared up at how spicy the pasta sauce was. It was 100% inedible as confirmed by my husband and sister once they took a bite. I called to let them know and ask them for a refund as I did not want to drive back to the restaurant and if that wasn’t an option I would drive to the restaurant and get it exchanged, as mine was inedible. An employee stated he would call the manager and ask, the manager denied BOTH options since the pasta is labeled as “spicy”, I could not get a refund nor order something else. Again, I have ordered and ate this pasta multiple times at multiple locations and it is spicy but this time it was EXTREMELY spicy and completely inedible. Not very happy with my first visit to this restaurant. I just moved into this neighborhood and want to give a shot. Bad choice. Ordered steak and cheese and French fries. Got home and my order was wrong. They gave me a chicken and cheese, not problem at all with the mistake, it happens . What is making me to write this review is the fact that they have a sign at the register telling the guests not to be on the phone while you placing your order. But here is what I got upset with my mistake and the sign. I can’t be on the phone but the cashier can? Strange. I would be thinking that should be the other way around. Not only she was on the phone while was talking my order she was also planning with other coworkers. When I came back she seems that was my fault the order was wrong.
