There is too much going on at this place of business. Disappointed because I still have small bubbles in my tint after taking my car back today .They informed me that this was normal and there is no such thing as perfect tint. Yes they did fix most but not all. Long story short ,I will not be going back.
Not once did I bash this business !! I waited before I brought my car back to see if the bubbles were disappearing . I simply stated what I was told verbatim after bringing my vehicle back. I PAID TO GET MY TINT DONE ON JUNE 19th and brought it back to HALLSTAR JULY THE 7th. Which was almost 16 days ago why would I pay for it to get fixed, that doesn’t make any sense if you all applied the tint ! Even after expressing my issue, I never asked for you all to do anything else on my car let alone for free!! I told you all it was okay and LEFT ! I can comprehend very well which is why I waited more than 10 DAYS to bring my vehicle back. Your response clearly reflects the ignorance at this place. You guys fixed it for free because you all could see the bubbles. I could have mentioned so much more but once again my review wasn’t to bash this place. It was my experience. Also after getting my tint done last week I tipped every single person who worked on my car 25$ to 30$ because I was happy with the results until the bubbles begin to appear. After waiting I brought my car back because the back windows (which were fixed yesterday) had multiple bubbles . If it wasn’t such a bad job why did they fix it for FREE? You should learn how to take constructive criticism it may help you thrive more as a business and professional instead of replying back with irate responses. Thank you for proving my point about this place everyone can see your disgusting unprofessional responses!

Read moreI got my first car tint here. When I first arrived, I spoke to the lady in front about my car and how it was my first time getting my car tinted. She asked me what level of tint I wanted, I told her I wasn't sure but I wanted something good that suits my car and legal. Her and another their worker asked me more about my car color, then decided I should go with 20%. I didn't know much about tint because it was my first time. However, she told me the price "$185", which I found out is EXPENSIVE compared to others, she added that this will over me when anything ever happens to the car tint, I can just bring it back to the shop and they fix it for free. This boosted my spirit and I recommended a lot of my friends to go tint their car there. After a few months, I got pulled over by a cop and was given a work order for my tint being 20%. I thought it was about to be a breezy to have them reduce tint, just the two front side to 35%. I got there and I meant different lady, I explained the situation to her, she looked at me like I was crazy. the manager came out and also explain the explained the situation to him, he checked my car and told me I didn't get my car tint at their shop, he didn't even bother to check his system. I want home and came back with my receipt. I showed it to her and the white lady in front, then they said they never suggest to get 20% nor do they re-tint your car at return. He called everyone at the shop to come jump me after the white lady called me a liar, and she claimed I was cursing at her. I took my brand new BMW X3 there and got all the windows tinted. After they finished Marlo told me that I should not pay attention to bubbles until after 10 days. Well, I waited those 10 days waiting for the bubbles on the sunroof and the driver window to disappear. They didn't disappear. When i took my car back, they didn't know what color of film they had applied 10 days ago. They replaced the film and i could see the color didn't match on the sunroof/mooroof but once again they said i shouldn't pay attention to it. Since it was due to the light we were under at that time. The next day I also noticed that there were scratches on the the driver side windows, and the sunroof/moonroof still had two different film color. I called them immediately, spoke with Wayne "business owner" who said will fix the issue that I could go any time. When I called today, they were extremely rude, specially the "Business onwner" saying that they didn't have time to fix my car. That ultimately dog hair had caused the bubbles in my car. I do have a dog, but this excuse is cheap and low. I have that car for a month and all people that knows me know that my car is extremely clean and organized. They feel really proud of their 4 Stars, however just be sure that if by any chance you're not satisfied with their work they will try to blame you first, and then behave extremely rude when replying to you. Of course they'll say they will fix the issue, but who wants to go back to a place like that and deal with such a "business owner" Horrible...
