Even though the 'Open' sign was on the door, the employee refused to open for us at 8:00 pm. This is the second time we've come to this place and the same thing has happened to us. Very bad service from the employee. One block away there is an ice cream parlor called Gelato that has very good ice cream and very good service."

hours constantly changing Uber eats DoorDash everything turned off not accepting orders 7:57 PM. Nobody answers the phone. How is the Store supposed to make business? If you can’t order takeout if they need more stuff they need to hire more staff!!!!

Poor service. Employee is on the phone the entire time. It was obvious she didn't want to serve us and after she did serve us we hadn't even left the store before she went to sit down to make a call. Never coming back. Pro tip. Hire new people

Customer service is dead!!

We visited this location and were greeted at 8:50pm with “we’re closed.” We had family in the store already so Melina reluctantly served us, with an attitude, while again mentioning they’re closed. I asked twice at what time they closed and she flat out ignored me. She clearly heard me but chose to be a brat. After asking a second time the girl behind her answered my questions. They close at 9:00pm. We were paid and out of the store by 8:57pm. It took them under 10 minutes to serve five ice creams and the same amount of time to lose a customer.

Do better Melina if you want to work in...

Very happy to discover banana peanut butter chip ice cream is still served at this location! It's my favorite and all the other Haagen-Dazs I've been to no longer carry it. Can't find it at the grocery store either. Best flavor I've had EVER in ice cream. We come to this location every year for the art festival - so glad they are open since no other vendor serves...

Our banana split had no whipped cream, no cherry, etc. It was just a scoop of ice cream with some sliced banana. Our coffee frappe had no coffee flavor. It actually had very little flavor at all & looked nothing like the picture. The cup was not even full, and it was more ice than ice cream.
