So this is probably one of the Best Bubble Tea places in Miami, with one exception, the service. This makes me knock off 2 stars. I've had both very good and very bad service here. My suggestion is to predict times in the day when not many customers are present and go then. Time allowing, they will serve you fast and give you courteous service. However, with more than a few customers present, they seem to need to streamline the service process. Today when I went it was fairly crowded with 5 or 6 customers waiting, there also were people who had ordered online ahead of time, but had been waiting for quite some time, and when one of them finally spoke up it became clear that their order hadn't been made yet. Myself, I was in the front of the line at the registers for 5 min. with customers behind me waiting; and the girl taking orders walked up to the registers and back to the prep area 3 times without making eye contact or acknowledging my presence. She kept running reports or something on the registers and printing stuff out. I'm an understanding person, and all I needed from her to keep me happy was a "I'll be right with you." But I got nada, not a word. I had planned to be there no more than 7 minutes. Looking like it would be at least another 10 minutes of wait time, I got frustrated and left. I will return and give it another shot but will try a...
Read moreI agree with the other reviewers: good bubble tea, terrible service.
Bubble tea (boba) fever is taking over the world and I am now a big fan! A colleague took me to this place and I was excited to check it out (and then went back a few more times!). My thoughts are that they do have decent products: good drinks and toppings, with fairly consistent quality, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Each time I was there, the service ranged from okay to poor, with this young girl sporting prominent eyeliner who walks with a little bounce taking the crown of the worst employee of the business. She was consistently rude, and during my few visits I actually witnessed her going out of her way to ensure that customers had a bad experience, with her petty eye-rolling, gestures and flat-out refusal to help.
It’s a tough time to find good employees, as I have been told by some friends who are small business owners, but having bad employees can really hurt one’s business in the long run. As more bubble tea places open and competition increases, people will eventually choose not to return even though the drinks are good, because they don’t want to be treated badly and they’ll take their hard-earned money...
Read moreWent in for a toffee black tea with coconut milk and tiny boba, Took a sip of it and was very tasteless. No coconut milk flavor and barely any boba compared to others given out in front of me and ones that I’ve previously gotten. I’m a loyal costumer my wife and I always come by for teas.
First time I can say I was let down .
The drink was trash,.
I came back inside with the drink and kindly explained to the cashier that the drink was not made of good quality as usual.
At first she acted like she didn’t understand and looked at me clueless.
She said she couldn’t exchange it. The drink honestly wasn’t made as they usually make it. Then I just think to myself, I’ll just get another drink . Then I order a strawberry green tea with ice cream and strawberry boba (paying for another drink!) 🙃 the girl made the drink as If she don’t wanna work or if I’m asking for it for free or bothering her. There was barely any ice cream and barely any strawberry pop in the drink, my second drink (strawberry green tea)! both ended up in the trash. spent $16 for two teas that weren’t even drinkable. Plus tip .
I’ll be taking my money somewhere else . They don’t value...
