My husband and I stopped here on a whim when we saw a promotional sign in the parking lot. The price sounded great and we had an hour to kill so we stepped inside and they got us both in immediately in chairs next to each other. The "reflexology" massage was amazing and was more like an intense full body massage! I love a good deep tissue massage and these guys worked out knots in my muscles that I didn't know I had! If you're looking for a soft and gentle massage, this might not be the place for you (I'm sure they would do lighter pressure if requested) but if you're like me and love the "hurts so good" feeling of a deep tissue massage where you can feel the waves of tension release from your body, this is the place for you! I also loved that the massage was done while fully clothed on a soft, upholstered reclining chair and we didn't have to strip down and hide under a sheet as is often the case with a regular massage (they do offer those too.) It was an ok place, but I took a very good friend there for her birthday, and I felt like I was being shook down for a tip right in front of her and even before the massage started. The guy at the front asked me about the tip when I payed and I replied that we would see about it after. He acted pretty standoffish after that, and then when the massage was over, he was waiting for us at his cash register, and I offered up what I thought was fair, and believe me, I don't buy into the concept that tips should be a replacement for owners paying lousy wages, but I offered up a tip anyway. He thought it was too low (10 bucks) and made comments that it should be twice that amount. Tipping culture here in the US is getting to the point that businesses will treat their customers rudely, even after they've paid the agreed upon price for a service. I won't be returning to this...

I got a 1 hr body massage regretfully. Someone started the massage- 5 minutes in she walked away and was replaced by someone else. Neither one knew how to give a massage. I have received hundreds of massages over the years. Hands down the worst experience I have ever had. I can't imagine those 5 star reviews are actual people.
