Hi there, to all of you making your way to get something repaired on your car or looking for the right helping hand. I had a beautiful experience with Nora H. at this particular auto zone. She really embodied the moment and helped me change a bulb quickly and efficiently. I knew how to do it but she helped due to the fact I was still scared by the past experience where the bulb cracked and I had to disconnect the battery to use needle nose pliers to pull it outâŚ.she had quick attention to have me in and out in seconds. She was pleasant and comfortable to be around. She also made sure I had the correct light, got the extra bulb grease to make it easier to get out next time (I appreciate that-it makes it more effective for future repairs), and helped me with some extra advice on my wiringâŚI may just try it myself after looking at her! :)

The last thing I noticed and wanted to recall, I donât know if she was a manager but when she walked in she was giving directions about something to the staffâŚ.now, what I want to call attention to is how she did it. It was absolutely amazing and she got the point across-so people embodied the message, took initiative on the action with excitement which took excellent communication and commitment on her part with understandingâŚwhoever, this woman is she has experience and true excellence with management skills including her time which even showed when she went out to help me. She delivered the message to her fellow employers with a great calm, kind, direct approach that embodied in her tone!

   Read moreThe woman that works here just wants to get rid of customers. I went in and asked her if she had any of the bug screens that go on the front of the car since its lovebug season. She replied "No, sorry, we dont carry them". Well, i knew they did because Google said they had 4 of them in stock. She was literally on the same aisle as I was, and we were 4 feet away from them! So i grabbed one and took it to the register. She followed me, rung me up, and said "anything else you need today?".... What?!?!? Right lady. She didnât even care that I just proved her wrong. Youâd think she wouldâve said âoh my, Iâm sorry, we DO have them!â. But not a peep out of her about being caught in a lie. And to make matters even worse, right before I asked her if she had any bug screens, an older gentleman asked her if they had any chrome polish. She quickly replied "no, we dont have any"... There was literally 3 or 4 different chrome polishes on the shelf on the same aisle we were all on! The man left and went to your competitor Im sure. This woman is probably just another loser that goes from job to job and tries to get rid of customers so she doesn't have to work because she feels like she's above the job she is currently doing. I know the type very well and businesses suffer because of them (EDIT 12/1/22: she must no longer work here bcuz I havenât seen her in awhile. Or, I just keep missing...
   Read more11/22/22. I am definitely not a mechanically inclined person, and hate dealing with car issues. As a result, i have not ever found myself inside an AutoZone anywhere. Going to an AutoZone would be, for me, like visiting a foreign country with language and environment i do not understand. However, i was experiencing a car problem that i thought was battery related; and my brother-in-law suggested i go to nearby AutoZone ( 6852 Gulfport Blvd, South Pasadena, FL) to test my car battery for free-which i did. (fortunately, i was able to jump start my car with my brother-in-law's jumper cables & his car.) Tim, my mechanic/sales person shared the AutoZone test results with me and, as expected, i opted for a new battery for replacing what was probably the original battery in my 2017 Ford Edge. I watched Tim work hard in completing the battery replacement in about 45 minutes. Tim was courteous, professional and friendly.
