We felt bad for her. Rep could have been at the register helping the Rep that got embarrassed. I could see the disappointment on her face. That not the proper way to speak with an employee. The lady clerk (not even the one assisting me as he was a nice young man) snapped that they would have to get a manager. Obviously I said ok because I needed a refund.
