I cannot remember this one girls name but she was working the front registers when I was in there and consistently argued with me about ringing up my purchase. I didn't realize the register would stop scanning items til u cleared the (enter ur number or email info box) as this was literally my first time in a Michael's and wasn't looking at the screen as I should have been after each scan. Once scanning my last item I got ready for payment only to realize nothing was scanned. So I got her attention to help. Advised it only scanned one item and I wasn't sure why. She then scanned my whole mess of items while I apologized and she aas nice ISH it seemed for someone who was severely inconvenienced to be at the register at all. I repeated 3 times that 1 item was already there and now it was scanned twice. And began the arguement!! I would say there was a good 5 to 10 minutes of her arguing and being irritated with me cause she would not listen and I wasn't paying til she removed the ONE item. Finally she took a look and fixed it and acted like I somehow was STILL the wrong one which really didn't bother me as I really just wanted to leave atp. I ignored the inclination that I was the problem just then and should've just paid for the item 2x cause she didn't wanna be doing anything at the register. Smiled tried to say have a good day and apologized for being a "problem" and she started again about the scanning... at this point I was starting to get irritated and snipped back well if u would stop n listen instead of dismissing me cause u r annoyed to be having to help me we could've ended our involvement 15 min ago and said again have a good day and just walk off before I lost my patience. I decided to purchase a second cutting machine and this time I choose the circuit explore 2. Long story short , after familiarizing myself with the silhouette design software, I could not adjust to the circuit design software. I decided that I needed to return the circuit in exchange for another silhouette. Well unfortunately I misplaced my receipt. But I am a rewards member, and because of this I was able to do the return without the physical receipt . However, the staff had trouble locating my purchase. We tried everything email, phone number, etc. Eventually we were able to locate the purchase but the machine was showing a price that was less than I originally paid, it was about a $20 difference. Chris , the store manger was extremely helpful. After further research Chris took my word and allowed me to do an even exchange for the machine. I understand this is a long post and I rarely do reviews. Iām not just leaving this review because Chris allowed me to do the exchange. But each time I come to this location the staff is so helpful and NICE. They greet you, and always ask if you need assistance. Online, it said stores near me were out.And that this store had 8 of the item that I needed . I drove 30 mins with a sick toddler . I pull up to the parking spot to pick up my order outside . Someone came out pretty quick . I saw him bringing the item in his hand and it was the wrong item . Not what I had ordered. I had a picture of the item in the email that they sent me confirming what I had ordered with the item number and he tried to tell me that that was the item number on the item that he brought out and I said that is not correct . He kept telling me i'm not sure what to tell you .. he just seemed to be kind of frustrated . That I didn't want to just take the item and go . I then looked up the item again, and it showed that there were now 6 at that store . I told him when I had ordered it.
