I was given a nice gift card for this location, however, it is much too far from where I live. It's a 50 minute drive but I was in dire need of a massage. When I booked I asked for 80 minutes with hot stones. My massage therapist was top notch and the place was very clean and quiet. They use all natural essential oils. The only down side, which I feel is important, is when the massage was over, I thought it had ended too soon. When I looked at the clock in the room I was only given 50 minutes. I thought the clock was wrong at first. I truly needed that extra 30 minutes due to my current muscle issues. The girl up front had already realized what she had done and apologized and was going to give me a discount on another appt. I said the drive is too far. If I would have been able to get the full benefit, which I didn't, I might have booked again. I used what was left on my GC to purchase some product. I recommend all appointments be fully verified the day prior to ensure your customers are getting what they asked for. I know this was a minor incident and I'm not going to be like some people and be completely outraged and tell people never to go here because that is not who I am. I highly recommend this place if you want to...
Read moreDuring my visit it was nice and the staff was pleasant. I will say they donât allow time to clean/greet customers in between appointments because me and my god daughter went together and it seemed rushed in order to keep up with their appointments. For the price, they should have better scheduling practices. After my service I was recommended products and I used them for two days but had an allergic reaction, causing my skin to burn, become inflamed, and extremely dry. I contacted the manager and she stated I could return the product for a full return. When I returned the product she stated it was open. I advised her how would I know if the product works if I donât try it? Had I been informed that $150+ product would irritate my skin as such, and that opened product couldnât be returned I wouldnât have purchased it to begin with. I was able to get my money back after talking to the manager at Southlake. The facial was good but the product was terrible. I donât recommend this spa due to overbooking, lack of education on the products used, cleanliness after each customer, and informing customers of the return policy prior to recommending products that are...
Read moreMy experience was horrible here. When I arrived I waited up front for quite some time. I was eventually taken to a room to complete paperwork and was left there for a while. I was then taken to my treatment room meant for couples and never offered to change into a robe/ slippers. I asked the therapist where the pregnancy pillow was that would allow me to lay face down. She told me that they did not have one. I let her know that I called to verify that they did prior to making the appointment and that I would be cancelling if they did not have one. She left me in the room while she went to look for it. After she brought it back she told me to try it out so that I wouldnât be wasting her time if I didnât like it. The pillow was perfect. I then waited for her to figure out the head piece on the table, which she didnât. My massage started at least 15 minutes late but finished on time and felt totally rushed. I would be willing to bet the therapist had never worked on is is not comfortable working on pregnant clients. I would never go back or recommend this spa based on...
