There are never enough attendants for the amount of children and attractions. One cashier tells you your child can do everything but 2 attractions based on their height and sells you the pass so they can do the other attractions and then the attraction attendants tell you it's not the right pass and you cannot upgrade, you have to buy a whole new pass. You have to wait about 20 to 25 minutes for employees to move from one attraction to another so that the ultimate pass can actually be used to its fullest. If they don't feel like moving to another, they just tell the kids that the tractions closed for the day.
Employees enforce the rules they want for some patrons and not for others...like no flips, tucks, or tricks and no food or drinks on the trampolines or in the tube play area. Bigger kids with groups whose chaperones were always on their phones are throwing dodgeballs at smaller kids so hard, including at their faces, that they are injuring the smaller kids.
We were there for less than 2 hours and feel like it was a waste of money. We've been going here for 3 years now but it has definitely gone way down hill. Thankful that we didn't do another summer pass because it'd be a waste of money and a because it'd be a waste of...

Our party was booked for 5pm, and we walked into an empty gray âfacility-feelâ room at 5:10pm. I asked the host about the balloons and she immediately got an attitude. We paid for the balloons. Our host (I believe her name was Sugar) not only blew up 3 balloons ONLY while we watched her sit on her phone for most of the time while the kids played, but she also made everyone around feel uncomfortable with her energy and attitude. When I brought this up to the manager, I was told we werenât the first to complain & that they are about to terminate this person - how can you still allow someone who clearly has no courtesy nor desire to host a party to be put out for such role?
Those 3 balloons...

I donât know if this was part of the rebranding, but what else are you supposed to do if you pay $20 to use trampolines?! Also, shoutout to the front desk guy who was very transparent and apologetic for the situation, unlike the old bag manager who canât get enough staff for the place, because lord knows one person alone flipping is more dangerous than twenty kids running over eachother with no staff nearby. P.S. what exactly is a Pro Zone if all you do is exactly what every other trampoline zone allows? Itâs like having Olympic track athletes not allowed to run too fast because someone...
