Hi this is a true honest review here is my experience

I had this very special watch my grandma had it then left it to my mom 1 year ago it stop working so my mom swap the battery and it work for a couple hours then stop so she took to 3 different jewelry stores and all of them say that the watch is broken they can’t fix they don’t know what is wrong with so this moth I ask my mom what happen with the special watch she said they can’t figure out what’s wrong with so I immediately start looking for the best jewelry store in Daphne so I talk with the owners son and I told him about the problem with the watch and he put on the special glasses it took him about 5 seconds to figure out what is wrong with the number 10 was holding back the arrows he said it will take him a day to fix and the charge of 10 bucks i said yeah sounds good whatever it takes to fix now the watch works perfectly 0 problems thanks to him and his coworkers. People only go there to fix their stuff I recommend look at the stuff he has in the shop he has excellent prices I bought a garnet stone from him he said 55 dollars and I said can’t you go lower than that then he said 35 so I bought. Good service amazing people and a friendly dog....

CAUTION* I had taken my Gucci Watch to John George for a battery replacement last year with no issue except NO ONE CALLED ME WHEN MY WATCH WAS READY. He had the watch 2 months! This time I took the watch to him to have the clasp fixed. He said he had to order the part. 2 months go by and I had to call. John said he sent my watch to be fixed to someone else and he'd get in contact with him. A week goes by and I CALL again. John said he couldn't get a hold of the jeweler and to call back in another week. I called the next week and he said he still couldn't get a hold of him but would stop by his house. I CALLED again the next week and he said some jewelry had been delivered but couldn't find mine so he'd go look. FINALLY! A women calls saying my watch is ready. I knew the watch was not fixed (even though it had been 2 months) but even worse is that my watch does not even work now! Battery DEAD! Seriously, Take into consideration if you have the patience and time to deal with this outdated business. It's time to retire when you treat your customers...

Superb service!! Extremely knowledgeable!Explained everything I didn’t know about Jewelry and how to repair it! Adjusted two very difficult watch bands to fit me and it was perfect!! Also fixed two pendants that I didn’t know if it could be fixed, and John George did it! Not only in a timely manner but also contacted me as soon as it was done.I went so far as to ask for a certain pendant For my one year anniversary to my beautiful wife and he took the time To explain what is compatible to the pendant I already had and actually showed me some other beautiful jewelry that I ended up purchasing.
