Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park — Attraction in Spanish Fort

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at any of the many places I’ve thrown My kids Birthday parties! After driving from lake Charles Louisiana, paying almost $600, showing my son pictures of a GLOW party & having him thinking that’s what his party was going to look like we got this. No GLOW party (cause the host we had didn’t know absolutely anything....after I finally asked when does the glow come into play she’s then proceed to tell me oh we can cut the lights off if that’s what he wanted🤦🏼‍♀️ burnt pizza (which was really embarrassing when your trying to feed 20+ people & all you got is burnt pizza that of course no one wants to eat & you couldn’t bring food in, paid extra for a private room & my own host got a room that we couldn’t even sit in without pouring sweat cause they had the temp on so high and even after asking multiple times no one done anything about it till 20 mins before the party was over. The host we got had us sitting in the room just standing till finally after 30 minutes into the party I said umm excuse me can they go jump now cause the party started 30 mins ago and they only had a hour and a half to begin with to jump right? Her reply “oh yeah y’all can go jump now”. Had to take more time fixing problems that the staff done then I got to actually enjoy with my son for his birthday party! The staff put the wrong arm bands on a bunch of the kids so they couldn’t do certain things in the place which I paid for the most expensive party called the ultimate so the whole place would be available to them but because the host we were givin didn’t know about it cause “no one ever told me” as she said I had to spend another 20 mins fixing bracelets. We were also supposed to get to private dodgeball games with the Ultimate party I purchase so they called for my sons party to meet at the dodgeball space for the game get there and we have to wait over 10 mins for the staff to finish a game of dodgeball that they were playing. finally my husband says excuse me they called for us to play our dodgeball game the staff completely ignored him till another staff remember from above on the rope course Hollars and tells him to stop 🤦🏼‍♀️ so after every problem that I had during this to hours & of course being so upset because me and my family came a long ways to have this party I asked to speak to a manager. You know thinking there’s no way he’s gonna think this is okay. Well again was I wrong after everything he re cooked TO of the pizzas mind you I purchased FIVE! He cooked TO gave me 4 passes to come back and jump (the basic passes by the way, so not even where the whole place is open to me like it was supposed to be the whole party $12 each is what they cost) and even after telling him I came all the way from lake Charles Louisiana so by the time I spent gas to come back I’d be out even more money. He just really didn’t care at all he actually made sure to disappear when I went to the front to pay the rest of my bill, I’m guessing probably cause he told me he would fix some things on my bill & he did he took the pizzas off. I will NEVER be back for sure & I wouldn’t wish what happen to me and my family on anyone! If your planning to have a great party for your children I wouldn’t recommend doing it here! I’ve never been so disappointed with a place in my entire life. Needless to say I went home a very upset mama with a crying 5 year old because he didn’t get his glow party like I promised! We went to urban air the other day and we did not have a very good experience there. My daughter was flipping and having fun she was minding her own business and being very cautious about the other kids there and not even 10 minutes in we have these employees ruining everybody’s fun and telling everyone they can not do any tricks not even a cartwheel. I’m not sure what they are supposed to do then. Just jump up and down that’s not the point of a trampoline. My daughter didn’t have any fun she wanted to go and practice some tricks but instead you can jump up and down. After my daughter did a cartwheel not knowing it wasn’t allowed we were kicked out of one area of the park for an hour this lady just liked the power of being able to kick kids out of certain areas after being told she couldn’t flip over there she thought she could go on one of the long trampolines and flip because she said not in the one area where it has the inflatable mat. She then got yelled at by another lady for doing a cartwheel? My daughter is older so she didn’t have a great time just being able to jump up and down on the trampolines. The ball pit is disgusting and is how kids get sick. She then went over to the dodge ball area to play dodgeball and some of the kids hit way to hard. After that I realized a mom and daughter practicing some flips and employees walked right past her and didn’t say a word to them or any of the little kids flipping around. You can also not do any toe touches (jumps) without getting yelled out. So I wouldn’t go here unless you want to get yelled out for having fun at a trampoline park. I get your concerns for safety but shouldn’t having a good and enjoyable time also matter? My daughter got yelled at at least 5 times for nothing I recommend finding a new place to spend your fun. You keep saying you will use this review and take my review seriously but people from three months have complained about this and nothing has been done till the “no fun rule” or the no flipping rule changes I will not come back and will spend my money on a different trampoline park and if it’s in...

If I could give it zero starts I would… I had been here once before right after they opened and had a great time. However today was MUCH different…. you pay $26.99 per person for almost every one of the “extra” attractions to be closed/be rushed off of them or told by staff they’re “closed right now”. Not to mention all of the staff is under 18 and VERY unprofessional and/or rude. We saw ONE actual adult tonight who not only did NOTHING but also was on her phone with earbuds in the entire time. This place is overrun with teenagers whom their parents just drop off and let run WILD, hiding off in corners, playing on the KIDDIE playground, throwing ball pit ball at kids, cussing, running, etc. Everytime my kids tried to get on an attraction there were many other kids in the way, jumping on them, cutting them off, etc. Definitely a safety hazard… there were supposed to be staff members at every attraction but none of them had a single one… the one main attraction we were able to do was the ropes course, ONCE, because the staff do absolutely nothing, they close attractions at their convenience to go sit in the back, corners, or front desk to be on their phones. The ONE adult also did nothing about this because she was also on her phone the entire night. Also when we were getting on the ropes course we were told to “shush” and “be as quiet as possible” because one of the workers was hiding and SLEEPING on the stairs leading up to it. Then when in line for the rock walls we were told “you need to come back later, I’m done letting people on for now”. Not only this but one of the BIG main trampoline airbag attraction was shut down. Every time we tried to go on the zip line it was closed with workers just standing around complaining about the kids asking to go on it. The KIDS couldn’t enjoy the playground for 9 and under because giant teenagers were hiding and running around in it the entire time and not once was anything said.
