American Furniture and Mattress — Attraction in Sparks

I have a huge problem with a business that 1. Allows their person working their sales floor to sit behind a desk on their phone rather than greet the customer and show some interest. All 3 times I've walked into that store the same girl (I think her name is Ashley or amy or something like that) was sitting behind the counter on her phone and when I was finally greeted she had a stuck up attitude, was very unfriendly, not personable, not knowledgeable and extremely rude when speaking to the guy who delivers the furniture. The last time there was a Hispanic guy who was very nice and attentive and if it weren't for him the last time I would have not bought anything. When I walked into the store the first 2 times I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. Even after I bought furniture and set up delivery the 2 gentleman who came had come late because the rude girl at the counter did not communicate with them about the delivery. I felt a little bad for the 2 guys because even though it was almost closing time for the store they stuck it out and remained friendly with me. I came to the store before with my daughter a year ago when she bought bunk beds for her kids and there was a different girl working there, she was also on her phone however as soon as we walked in she greeted us with a smile and assisted us pleasantly. I don't know what is going on with that store but this most recent experience made me not want to go there every again, I will also make sure no one I know shops there as long as the rude girl works there. And as for the delivery guys, they do a lot of physical labor and deserve to be treated better than they are. Just watching that hotel speak to the one guy disgusted me, she spoke as though he was so far beneath her yet I got better and friendlier service from the delivery guys than I did from the horrible person they let run their sales floor. Very good furniture and price. I looked around several stores and did a lot searching on line, and this store has the best price. Good furniture, with lower price. I bought all of my furniture( bed, table, coach, drawer, mattress) there, and they waived my delivery fee which is 40 bugs as well.

The delivery was also efficient and helpful, they put up every thing together and placed them to the place I wanted, I am very glad for their products and their service, and I will buy more furniture there...

Had an horrible experience with their customer service. A mattress that was purchased a year ago is defective and can no longer be used. It had normal use throughout the year and began to warp and sink in some areas. Carlos refused to help with this matter and turned a cold shoulder on us. Very unfortunate and will no longer be doing business with this company. There was zero accountability and absolutely no sympathy towards us.
