Sparta Farmers Market — Attraction in Sparta Township

My favorite part of living in this area. Vendors are friendly and offer a variety of fresh produce. There’s baked goods; Emily’s Hearth is a traveling brick oven with delicious breads, crackers and craft pizzas & River North which has a great selection of GF bagels featuring local specialties incorporated into their weekly goods. It's a nice looking farmers market with really beautiful produce and other offerings. We got some fresh mozzarella and GORGEOUS tomatoes including the hard to find Jaune Flamme variety. We got to thorough lesson on mangalista pork and pick up some soppresata at that stall. There was a story behind every cheese at another booth. It's very charming.
