I am a little frustrated about the experience I had today at this Burger King. I have been using digital gift cards at this Burger King for a few years now. I have gone through the drive through 4-6 times to use them and have never had any issue or complaints. Today I went through the drive through and there was a nice young man who was obviously new that didn’t know how to take them, which was fine, but when he asked for help from his supervisor—a blonde woman—she came up to the window and treated me like I was the worst person to have come up to her window all day and like I didn’t care about what they were doing. She was adamant that they could only accept gift cards inside even though I told her that I had used them in the past through the same drive through and never had any problems. I apologized and said that I would have gone in if I had known, which is true. She never offered to have me pull into the front and complete my order inside. Instead she was very mean about it and was not giving very nice customer service. I realize that the drive through is timed and if I had known that this Burger King preferred to take digital gift cards inside (of which none is stated in the franchise’s stated terms on the gift card) then I would have. If it had been suggested nicely that I go inside right after, I would have. Please speak with your employees about how to speak to customers when an issue occurs because this situation should have and could have ended differently. I could not afford to buy food today without my gift card so I unfortunately had to leave without my order being completed because no one would take the time to solve the issue in a kind, amicable way. There is no reason that today should have been this way. I am a repeat customer who enjoys the occasional hamburger or milkshake. I go often throughout the week after or before work when I am in a rush for time. I am very disappointed in today’s experience and am posting this review in hopes that the owners of this franchise will see it and speak with the employees about how this could have gone differently. I understand it can be frustrating to face an issue at work which is out of the ordinary or something that one may not be used to, but it definitely should be handled with care so that your customers return. I am highly considering not coming back for a long while due to this experience, which I really would rather not do. Please speak with your...
Read moreI have to say this Burger King is probably one of the worst, if not the worst location I've ever ordered from. I expect much better service and quality for Sparta too. Very sad. The food is always cold and seems like it's been sitting a while. The staff likes to rush you and move you along very quickly. They don't even give you the time of day.... it's a bunch of young kids running the joint and they just too busy goofing off. I also think they should really considered fixing their drive thru menu as well and speaker and lighting, because it's extremely poor. I also went hereonce before and wanted to use a coupon meal deal, one you receive in a mail flyer and the manager said "we no longer accept coupons" you mean to tell me that a franchise which you are and this is the same business, can't accept a manufactuer coupon for a meal deal..? You have to be kidding me right...? They were very serious about this and I was not happy about that. I would chose another location or somewhere else, before returning here. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place...

First off, the drive through menu looks like something you'd see on American Pickers... not kidding. It's faded, waterlogged, old, hard to read & the speaker is ridiculous. Honestly, when I went, I wasn't paying attention to the store itself & when I saw the drive thru menu board, I actually paused & thought maybe the restaurant had shut down... until a faded crackly indecipherable voice came out of it.
The burger was Luke warm, soggy & the bun was obviously old, because it broke in several pieces before I Could eat it. It actually fell apart in my hands, which then prompted me to look at the meat. "Meat", that is. "Is this a vegan burger? No... it's freezerburned. Nevermind."
The chocolate pie was supposed to be my redemption but it was such also old & the crust was the proof of that.
What a dump. I work too damn hard to be INTENTIONALLY ripped off, because there's no way in all Hell the manager isn't cutting...
