We just walked into this business and my husband was pulling his mask over his face walking in. The cashier then yelled across the room at him, "Sir, you need to get your mask on now." Clearly he was had the mask in his hands and was pulling it up when she yelled across the floor all while ringing up another customer. We don't have one issue wearing a mask and do so every single time we go into a business. Perhaps the management needs to teach their employees about customer service. Yelling at your customers will not earn business. There was another customer that commented how rude she was when he heard her yelling at him. I choose as a consumer to spend my hard earned dollars where BASIC COURTESY IS SHOWN, NOT YELLING AT CUSTOMERS. We have been customers of Grocery Outlet for many years. It used to be a great place to go, but it has completely fallen by...
