Bath & Body Works — Attraction in Spokane

I've been to several Bath and Body works locations, and this one was by far the worst. Wall to wall crowded at 1 in the afternoon, people constantly bumping into us while the employees were stuffing as many wallflowers into the displayers (they were falling out onto the floor) as they could instead of helping customers. Speaking of, a bunch of the wallflowers had no tags on them. The checkout line was long, and the area at the register was incredibly crowded. The woman who rang me up was not friendly, either. Definitely won't come back to...

Love the products but one of my car fresheners was leaking. My order was placed online for curbside, I called upon arrival and I was nicely told to pull up to the building and they'd be right out. After that, I was approached by what I assume to be the manager who rudely told me that they don't do curbside pick up. She just didn't seem like she wanted to do it herself. Not my fault that online...

We love going to Bath Body Works. The scents and products are great. Even myself as a man loves it. They do have some products for men. But they keep getting rid of my favorites. Never been anything as good as Orange Blossom. But it is what it is. We always walk out with a great deal and never less than a $50 bill. They are helpful and even the website is a pleasure...
