This is not our regular doctor for the baby, but we needed an appointment for that day. Nurse, Kathryn L. Ormsby, was to be our nurse for that day. To start off, the examination rooms are freezing cold and supposedly, according to another nurse, they can't turn off nor turn down the AC. When I was seen by the nurse, she seemed concerned about all of my own concerns. She even sent us straight to the emergency room and patted me on the back for voicing my concerns for my child. However, once I requested for the after visit summary, as I had not been given one at any point after the visit, upon inspection of her summary it became evident that she was lying through her teeth. This nurse put a long, winding list of what was medically wrong or concerning with my child. I honestly don't know how she came up with so many things that were wrong with my baby. Especially since upon arrival at the ER, all of my baby's vitals checked out as normal, even her temperature which she had listed as hypothermic. Despite the fact, that she knew the baby had been undressed and ready for her to take the temperature for a while, in an exceptionally frigid room, before she decided to do so. I honestly wouldn't trust her again as she doesn't seem to be a very reliable nurse. (Keep in mind she is a NURSE NOT a PEDIATRICIAN, but she found all these problems...
Read moreSamantha Todd is such an incredibly NP. She is knowledgable, caring, takes the time to really connect, and has always gone above and beyond for my son and I. I'm heading into nursing (and constantly diagnosing myself with everything we learn about in school), so I know I'm a total pain, but she has never once made me feel rushed or silly for worrying too much. She runs down every reasonable possibility and has kept me on track despite some complicated health problems that I wouldn't trust many providers to help me with. I adore her, and will tell anyone that asks to go see her (and quite a few of my friends do!). Her medical assistant Cayla is just the sweetest, and fantastic at her job. My son adores her, and even though he hates needles he trusts her completely. They make my life so...
Read moreI have been a patient of Dr. Jordan Storhaug since he was in his residency at Spokane Teaching clinic. He has been so many things to me. He is always willing to talk to me even when i am just being paranoid. He also has no problem telling me when i need to be accountable for my own health. We don't always agree. But i always feel he has my best interest at heart. He is our family dr and was present when my granddaughter was born. Hes is patient and understanding and explains things to me. He has a great sense of humor and he is super smart. He has been with me at the most crucial health problems i have had. I wouldn't trade...
