The pizza was surprisingly good quality, and my husband and 7 year old enjoyed it, I liked the crust and generous amount of cheese, though the sauce had a faint bubblegum taste to me, no one else seemed to taste it. The pizza was only a little overpriced, and I know some would like it enough to go just for the food. Good garlic fries as well, if you like those. The night we went there seemed to be a staffing issue, and even though they were sometimes unavailable and it was frustrating, they were kind enough to go out of their way to send Chuckee cheese out to my little one when she missed him the first time. They were also very friendly and understanding with non neurotypical needs. The seating was very uncomfortable, to the point I moved back in my wheelchair because it made me so sore. It's very big and plenty of room for any wheelchairs or handicap accessible needs. I did not use the restrooms so cannot speak for those until next we go. Fun to go with your kids, the whole experience for them is wonderful. The games are great if you enjoy arcade style play like our family does. The safety and cleanliness was also not only good but a fun part of the experience with the invisible stamps. The games and point cards are great, though I do recommend points over time option to avoid frustration for kids though I do understand it might help parents who don't want to be there for hours. I especially like that you can just buy the arcade prizes if the kids can't quite get them with points. Overall we will be returning, but it is certainly the overall experience and fun, and mostly for the kids.

7 year old girls birthday party. Birthday package was purchased which included unlimited game time for bday kids and guests up to pkg purchased. The staff was good meeting us at the door and showing us to our table. Gave a rundown on game cards, party times, cake food etc. they helped set up decorations, getting food ready and helping with time management to keep party on track. Special needs kids were with us and one kid was 8 year old non verbal autistic boy with pica and like to run. This place stamps each adult and child to make sure the kids aren't going outside or leaving with a person who isn't the guardian or going outside unattended. This helps out a lot with my special needs child giving me a piece of mind knowing someone was at the door in case he tried to run. The electronic card for game purchases and ticket collection pros and cons Pros -No tokens to care for or carry around, no tickets to hold collect tear etc, ticket adding easy Cons-, Can't see ticket accumulated, can't swipe card for urself and another person at same time game play The place was clean, staff was good, security was good, party was fun for adults and kids

Chuck E Cheese Spokane has been steadily going downhill. The "kid check" security checkpoint is a joke. This only applies to people willing to wait to follow the rule, as they don't really have staff there unless they see you waiting. Wait times to order food are a joke unless business is really slow. Management doesn't seem to like to help. Food portions and quality are horrendous. We visited last night and got a app sampler just to get 3.5 tiny boneless wings that were nice and burnt. My son didn't even eat them all. Cheese bread alone is 7.99, not a bad price and the cheese bread is good. 17.49 for the sampler so I pay almost 10 dollars more for burnt skimpy chicken and fries? What a joke. We also asked for extra ketchup and they mistakenly gave us marinara. I brought all this to managers attention and got zero response, not even an apology. Now the ketchup part, that's a mistake and people make mistakes. I can forgive that. But someone looked at that burnt small portion of chicken and served it anyway. That's just evil, and you know it

I recently ordered a stuffed crust supreme pizza for delivery from "Pasqually's Pizza and Wings" located inside "Chucky Cheese" on North Nevada. This turned out to be a bad idea. The order was placed through Door dash. That in itself was fine, no issues with them. The problem was the pizza. As I stated above, I ordered a stuffed crust supreme. What I received was an undercooked cheese pizza. I presented the issue to door dash and they gave a $9.59 refund on an order over $25 (not including tip). When I went to the address to have the issue corrected the location was closed for the evening. So getting them to remake the order was out of the question. The next day (Wednesday) I drove back up to the restaurant so I could speak with them about the issue to let them know of the problem and was greeted by a young lady. When I presented her the original order from door dash, showing that I had indeed purchased a supreme, she told me that there wasn't anything that she could do and that I needed to take it up with door dash. The problem wasn't with door dash, they just deliver what is prepared. The issue is that "Pasqually's Pizza and Wings" aka Chucky Cheese made the wrong pizza that that it was undercooked. Then telling me that they weren't going to do anything about it. When I asked to speak with her manager she stepped back inside. When she emerged again, no manager. I was just seeing the same young lady. She told me that they won't do anything about it and that was their policy. So basically, they screwed up and I have to deal with it. So here I am. Dealing with it. I will NOT be ordering anything from them ever again and would recommend that everyone seriously reconsider even setting foot inside this establishment of they continue with management practices of this kind. This is not how you treat your customers and is certainly not how you do should do business. If I could give zero stars I would. This place gets an "F-" from...

Been using this location for years and have never had a problem. This time around was by far the worst experience.

No party host had to host my own party. I thought I paid for Chuck e Cheese to host the party.....

No Chuck e cheese birthday show for my child

Didn't receive the 2000 tickets for the birthday star

Got told there were no goody bags even though we could see them in the closet

All the pop machines were out of syrups. Pepsi was coming out clear.... I finally got fixed as we were leaving at 3 pm

Had to ask for the ticket blaster experience and only got 1 ticket blaster experience even though my package states 2 ticket blaster experiences. Also, I was told only one person in the ticket blaster, but the other parties were allowed the birthday star and 1 friend.

Only received 2 pizzas even though it states 2 pizzas for kids and 1 pizza for the adults

Bought a salad bar and there wasn't even enough lettuce to fill my plate my party was at 12:30pm and I was there at 12 pm and you opened at 11am and the place want busy at all

Never received any kind of plates or utensils for cake

Had to cut my pizza myself as it wasn't cut. Only the crust was cut on the edge

Had to serve my own cake and pizza, though that's what the host was supposed to do if we had one

My child didn't even get to see Chuck E Cheese he came out when they sang to the other kids but was only there for less than 5 minutes

When I tried to complain, I was told sorry we only have 4 employees today. Really shouldn't be open if that's the case

Missed my daughter opening presents because the employee came over and started discussing my payment and all in front of all my guests. I don't think that's appropriate. My guests should know about how...

Family and I came here today 2/16/22 for our son‘s fourth birthday (just for family fun not a birthday party). Evan one of the assistant managers was absolutely amazing and made our experience something to remember. We had forgotten something to cut the cake and he stopped everything he was doing and ran to get us something to cut the cake with. There was also a prize that each of my sons wanted and they were out of them so Evan replaced them with the bigger better one that was more points but didn’t charge us extra points. My mom also wanted to purchase my son the Chuck E. Cheese stuffed animal for $9.99 the associate helping us told us they were out of them, so my mom said there’s two of them hanging on the wall can’t we buy one of those? He said no they don’t like us to take stuff off the wall they frown upon that. So Evan came over and we asked him if we could purchase one of the stuffed animals off the wall and he did not hesitate to get a stepstool out and get one down for us. My whole family really felt like Evan just went above and beyond to make our experience special, and we really appreciate him for that. The reason for my four star review is because the women’s room was absolutely disgusting there was mold in all of the toilets, there was two pieces of chewed gum on the floor and when I lifted the toilet seat up for my son to use the bathroom there was poop splattered all over the underneath of the toilet, and my husband said that the men’s room wasn’t any better. However despite the disgusting bathrooms my son had an excellent time for his birthday and we will be returning, and we hope that Evan is still working there, seriously that guy deserves a...
