3.7 average rating? That's pretty bad. I used to sell real estate, so I know the drill. I got a referral for relocation services for this office - we're coming from out of state. It's not easy buying a home long-distance. The first agent we were assigned was difficult to speak with and had an attitude. We tried working with him for a while. We were considerate of his time and drove past houses on our own first. Why waste the time of the agent and homeowner by going inside if you don't like the street? We could not get a pre approval from Quicken in time for our visit, so we never actually made any appointments, just exchanged emails. We decided to rent for a year before buying after our difficulties with Quicken. Even though I apologized that he would have to delay a commission for a year and help us find a rental for several hundred dollars this year and I know this happens all the time, he was downright rude. He blew me off, suggested I use Zillow. I requested another agent. The Coldwell Banker broker contacted me this time and she had a worse attitude than the agent. She didn't listen to what I said I was looking for in a home (as if her agent didn't already have my search criteria.) She was very condescending and had a chip on her shoulder because we rejected her agent. "We want to be NEAR Summerlin and we definitely won't live in North Las Vegas." Betty: "You can't touch Summerlin - you can try for North Las Vegas." We found an agent on our own who is HAPPY to work with us and - guess what? We found a better lender and we will be buying this year after all - near Summerlin - so many homes to choose from that we are delighted! Too bad for Coldwell Banker, but we're glad we are not in a deal with them after reading their bad reviews. I'm giving them one reluctant star because I can't give none. Continuing Ed should teach decent customer service instead of how many feet are in an acre - that's something you can look up on the web. Good service can be had in Las Vegas, just look past Coldwell Banker. (We love Andy Stahl @ Raintree Real Estate. Tell him...
Read moreI was hoping to leave a wonderful review seeing how amazing my home is however it seems at the cost of having an amazing home comes with unbearable issues. I am sick to my stomach at this property management department I was told the home I am in was READY for move in however I will be listing a number of things that I should never have had to take care of after paying almost $8k to move in. I have utterly had the worst experience of my life with this process with this business. The lack of communication is beyond me I have called multiple times, texted , emailed I cannot get a call back. I have asked to speak to the broker of 10164 driftwood because this is unacceptable the house was not ready for move in an the list is as follows;
-Broken cabinet door -Discolored cabinets in kitchen -Crayon on the wall -Garage keys do not work -We are the only ones in the neighborhood with a broken trash can -the fireplace does not work which is a huge selling point to the house dishwasher rack broken -light switches out of the socket And there was not one mention of the previous tenants not returning their mailbox keys…. So here I am going out of my way after the fact I should be settled. With no access to packages or my military clearance info that is NOW PASSED THE DUE DATE.
THE LIST GOES ON
So hopefully when someone reads this they will take this seriously an step up on this property before you lose a great paying tenant because I will not live anywhere where I am not wanted nor getting my...
Read morePlease please do not remt with this company, my rental apartment flooded in January due to the plumbing not being good and its almost August and they have not repaired it, at all and was told it was still in habitable condition bc the hallway restroom works therefore im still forced to pay rent every month, even though they never came to repair the damages. Not to mention there was repairs that needed to be done prior to me signing my lease and they never came to repair them either, i cannot dry my clothes at all since i moved in in November i have to do laundry at a laundromat. Instead of my unit. One of their repair man came once to fix a leaking water heater and he broke my front door so i could not enter or exit in case of emergency, and they never sent anyone to come fix it for 5 months i had to enter through the garage and then they charged me the fee for fixing it. This company is by far the worse iv ever encountered And this is only 2 out of the 15 things that they have done. I have 2 friends who rent with them as well and its the same story with them. Iv been having to live in a broken apartment for 8 months and they will not let me break my lease until someone new moves in, which with the condition of the apartment no one will be moving in soon.
They do NOT care about their tenants. I have a baby who crawls and can get hurt from the lifted carpets and exposed staples in the floor from the flood and this does NOT matter to them either
If i could give them no...
