New India Market — Local services in Las Vegas

My wife loves to come here to buy Madras coffee, spices, and Ayurvedic stuff. Normally, we are happy with the service but today, some rude tall guy who acts like he owns the place was very rude to my wife who was asking for help with a hair product that she forgot the name of. Turns out it was Neem shampoo and powder treatment but the guy offered no help, was extremely rude and looked at us each time as if we are going to steal from him. My wife spent a long time finding the product herself. We can definitely find another Indian market to get the stuff we need because we dont need to be treated this way by a rude and possibly racist store owner. I would have given them a one star if not for the cashier who was A little nicer. Please be nice to your customers, esp the ones who spend at least...

What a great experience! It is a small store with some fresh produce and vegetables, refrigerated/frozen goods, and packaged food items such as seasonings. I think I also saw some DVDs for those looking for Indian films :) I needed chat masala for a recipe I had found, but, after we talked about what I was making, the shop owner suggested I try a different mix for fried vegetables. He also explained how to make a basic chutney, suggestions for other things I could use my seasonings for, and how to best use them. Very friendly and amazing service with a clean environment. I was searching for poppadum and was heading to a place I found on the google machine. I took a wrong turn and pulled into this shopping center. As it turns out there was an Indian market in this center as well. Small and dark from the outside I was unsure but decided to try to walk in. This place is like an Indian market Disneyland. I told the man what I was looking for (asked if I was pronouncing it properly) and he immediately went to grab some options for me. They had exactly what i was craving (cumin). I could have spent hours in this tiny market filled with delicious goods...next...
