This was a place that we wanted to try, as they have dough soup which isn’t too common in Las Vegas (as far as I know). Fortunately, we also got marinated crab which I would say is the best reason to come here.
Soup wise we ordered Spicy Clam Noodle and Anchovy Broth Dough. They both were pretty light in flavor and could use more flavor. The spicy clam noodle was more of my favorite, if I had to choose one of the two. There wasn’t anything too spectacular in my opinion.
The one thing that actually was pretty good was the Soy Marinated Crab. We actually received this first, and it was really flavorful and well balanced. Maybe the fact that we had this first set a high bar for the soup. And then once we received the soup it fell short. So ironically, I’d say my main reason to come here is just for the Soy Marinated Crab.

Read moreI love Korean food. Kalguksu (noodle soup) is my favorite. Why isn't there an authentic Korean kalguksu restaurant in Las Vegas? I've always longed for one, but the name of this restaurant, "Bon Ga Kalguksu," confirmed it is a kalguksu specialty.
I ordered perilla seeds kalguksu. I mixed barley rice with special homemade soybean paste and a little kimchi broth before the meal, and slurped it down.(it is small because free appetizer)
I ate whole perilla kalguksu i almost ate bowl too. The kimchi tasted like fresh kimchi made daily. The kalguksu broth made me often forgot eat delicious kimchi, but I ended up having kimchi for dessert lol
Oh, come to think of it... I ate more. The homemade steam dumplings were perfectly seasoned. Perfectly delicious.
"I went! I ate! I fell in love!" It's really hard to find delicious with the perfect seasoning.
I was on a diet, but... I have no regrets.
In fact, I feel a day healthier, a day younger at least. I think it's because it's generously perilla seeds loaded with omega-3. It felt filling, not overly filling. I also thought it might be good for people who don't usually enjoy seafood. I have someone near me who doesn't appreciate seafood taste, so I'd like to come back with them next time.
The monkfish stir-fry(아구찜)ordered at the next table looked exactly like the menu's photo, with its yummy aroma, so I ordered it for Togo.
The atmosphere is perfect for anyone, whether you're with your parents, lover, or friends.. Delicious and hearty food, friendly and sociable staff (partners? I'm not sure), and the owner seems to care about seniors. Even though I went alone, the food was delicious & comfortable. I'll be back to attack the other dishes. (Be careful !!! Especially the soy sauce marinated crab and the big-sized crunch pork cutlet.. )
저는 한식을 좋아합니다. 그중에서도 칼국수는 더 좋아해요. 왜 라스베가스에는 정통 한국식 칼국수집이 없을까? 갈망하며 아쉬웠었는데, 식당 이름부터 "본가 칼.국.수." 라니.. 칼국수 전문점 임이 확신이 들었습니다. 저는 들깨칼국수 주문 했고 식전 보리밥 수제 강된장에 김칫국물 약간 넣고 슥슥비벼 싸~악, 들깨칼국수는 그릇 채 삼켰어요. 김치도 매일 만드는 생김치 맛 이었습니다. 칼국수에 빠져 맛있는 김치를 자주 잊다가 후식으로 먹게되는 상황도 됐습니다.
앗 생각해보니.. 더 먹었다. 수제 만두도 간이 딱. 맛이 딱.
갔노라! 먹었노라! 반했노라! 정말 진짜 맛있게 간 딱 맞기가 어려운데..
다여트트 중였지만.. 전혀 후회가 없었어요. 오히려 적어도 하루 건강해진 기분, 하루 젊어진 기분이 듭니다. 들깨(오메가3)가 아낌 없이 들어 있어서 인것같아요. 배부른 느낌이 아닌 든든한 느낌였습니다. 혹시 해물맛 잘 못먹는 사람에게 좋을것 같은 생각도 들었어요. 제 근처에 해물의 시원한 맛을 모르는 사람이 있어서 다음에 같이 와보고 싶습니다.

Essay version: We ordered King Pork Cutlet, Spicy Cold Arrowroot Noodle, and Spicy Seafood Stew—and let me tell you, this meal wasn’t just food, it was a full-on Korean experience! I've tried many Korean restaurants in LA and man... Now I want to move to Las Vegas just to eat their food! Let's start with King Pork Cutlet. I didn't expect this one to be good, but wow—you can never compare this with any other franchise katsu. It's super crispy outside and the meat is so tender inside, just chef's kisss. And not to mention, their sauce... You can tell that it's housemade, but it also has that signature Korean pork cutlet sauce flavor. I straight-up asked the gentleman who seemed to be the owner, if the sauce was housemade and he nodded, proudly said that the kimchi is housemade as well. I had to try it and yep, it's not like commercial MSG bombed kimchi. It was so freaking good... My mouth is getting watery as I write this haha I totally forgot to take a picture of the Spicy Cold Arrowroot Noodle, but the noodles were cooked evenly, and the sauce had a spicy kick—not too intense, it was just perfect. Lastly, for the Spicy Seafood Stew... Be prepared, because after one sip of this soup, you'll be ordering a bottle of soju on instinct. It's fully packed with all sorts of seafood and a few sticks of fishcake for extra depth of flavor. And the longer you let it simmer, the richer and deeper the flavor gets. Honestly, you can easily finish 2 bottles of non-flavored soju. Not that I'd know from experience lol Do yourself a favor and go try this place out. I promise you that you won’t regret it!
찐한국 음식이 그리우신 여러분들, 여기 정착하시면 됩니다. 왕돈까스 한입하고 충격 먹었어요... 칼국수집이라 돈까스는 기대도 안했는데 그냥 미쳤다라는 말밖에 안나와요. 겉바속촉의 정석이구요, 소스가 진짜... 너무너무 맛있습니다... 수제 느낌이 나길래 사장님 같아 보이는 분께 소스 직접 만드시냐 여쭤봤는데 소스 뿐만 아니라 김치도 직접 담근다고 하시더라구요. 김치 먹고 칼국수를 안 시킨 제 자신을 원망했습니다.
