Babydoll Beauty Couture - By Jamie Lopez — Local services in Spring Valley

This is an update to my prior review. My initial experience with Babydoll Beauty Couture was good, later experience has over shadowed it. I got married in November and made a hair and mani/pedi appointment for my maid of honor and I the morning of my wedding. This appointment was made weeks in advance. I was asked to pay a deposit through Paypal to hold the time slot, which I had no problem doing. After payment was sent through Paypal I called back to double check everything was set.

Fast forward several weeks to the morning of my wedding. My maid of honor and I show up 15 minutes before our appointment and no one was there. This was a Thursday morning. We waited by their front door for almost an hour and no one showed up, no one answered the phone, nothing. This is Las Vegas, finding last minute appointments like this are not easy. I was lucky enough to find another place to at least get a manicure, skipped the pedicure, ended up doing my own hair, and through it all was LATE to my own wedding because of their mismanagement the stress caused me on my once in a lifetime wedding day!

I left several messages and it took forever for Jamie to call me back. When she did, even though I sent her screen shots from my paypal and forwarded my email payment confirmation she denied they ever received payment and that is why the appointment was canceled. I had to petition paypal for a refund.

I don't care how good their stylists are, this is not a professional location. They obviously do not value their customers, their customer's time, or their commitments (like a wedding!). I will never patron this shop again and would advise anyone who is considering going here, do not schedule appointments on days where you have important prior...

Not at all what I expected! Very disappointed. I made an appointment for Saturday the 20th ( yesterday) i just wanted a trim nothing drastic and was told it would cost 25 dollars, fine. When I arrived there was only 3 employees, one customer. the salon was empty, a skinny white guy maybe 20 he looked young trimmed my hair, while a Hispanic employee was just sitting down taking pictures of me without my consent, I didn't find out till it was to late. The "stylist" not very professional, doesn't know how much he's charging even though he's suppose to be a professional hair stylist, he had to ask the Hispanic girl how much to charge me. I was charged 30 dollars, that's allot for mediocre trim without shampoo. I felt the salon was a false advertisement. Very disappointed. I will find a more professional salon to go...

Ok, my wife and I have been to multiple beauty salons and hands down this is the best salon ever, to the point where we would just come to Vegas to get our mani's and pedi's. Yes this man be gettin pedicures, I love them, and my wife loves doing the full boat. We got our pamper on with TiTi the Nail Goddes and there is a reason she is called that. She has earned that title, very amazing woman!! 💖💖 Lina took care of my wife's eyebrows and also did a fabulous job. Both lady's are amazing not just at what they do, but very personable and super fun to hangout with. I also want to give a huge shout out to Jamie Lopez for having such an amazing staff, beautiful shop, and for the amazing cupcakes, we missed not being able to meet you, but we know you are very busy and wish the best to you in...
