I have been coming to Fizz for sometime now and the service is impeccable. People are nice over the top. However now is time after many failed tries to explain the food problems i have had. I come to Fizz far away indian Springs nevada is my home, to get Big Red out of the fountain. Ibhave had almost all snacks. 1 thing ibhave to say is the food snacks are always so cold or froze. Today for example a sugar cookie and and oreo cookie with icing so so so cold i could not bite it! Fizz puffs with cookie butter looked delicious! So disappointed! Frozen Cookie butter inside and dry not moist or flaky doughnuts. Pretzel bites were good scorching hot almost iver microwaved, and the nacho cheese dip was burnt tasting and really dark. Needless to say i will NOT be ordering snacks anymore as this is the 7th bad experience. I will be back for a drink, but 19 dollars today for cold food, bad cheese sauce, and dry frozen fizz puffs is...

Okay, I know I have left a 5 star review here before but I just came through the drive thru and today they were doing a BOGO deal. I’m not sure who took my order but they were extremely friendly and helpful! The young girl at the drive thru window, her name is Mel, was so incredibly sweet and friendly!! I am so serious when I say I am just blown away by the customer service I get when I come through this location!!

My hometown is where the first fiiz location opened up, and yet this location in Las Vegas will forever have my heart due to the kind and just awesome energy that comes out of it! If you aren’t following their instagram you’re missing out! Their crew never fails to put a smile on my face!! I hope corporate or the owners treat their employees to some sort of treat because they deserve!!
