I love the food and bagels! This store is centrally located to where I need to be for work, school and business. I usually go in around 8:30 am and it’s always busy. The store usually has 3-4 employees working. I don’t mind waiting 10-15 minutes because that’s how long you’ll wait on average. However this store gets a 2 star solely because of cleanliness, poor and disrespectful customer service. I went in last Friday there was no one in line and I’ve never felt so disrespected. Jennifer turned my way and made eye contact without any greeting. She rolled her eyes twice as if she was taking a big breath. I say twice at her because that’s how many times we made eye contact and all she gave was a flat affect, mad facial expression and attitude. There was never a “thank you for waiting, one moment or even a hello or acknowledgment that I was there. I gave her the benefit of the doubt that she was having a bad morning or bothered and I waited. I then noticed her starting to smile at a lady walking up. She greeted her and didn’t charge her for smear. I immediately walked out. Little did she know I was going to make a large purchase and I took my business elsewhere because of her attitude.
I later contacted the store and found out from Jaiden the manager that this has been on ongoing issues and he appreciated my feedback. He apologized on her behalf and requested I give them another chance and If I went in he would have my order ready. Unfortunately I couldn’t go in that day so I kept my word and went in today. I was disappointed the place continues to be left unclean and dirty. At first I was able to look past that but after using the restroom there was no soap which tells me if employees use the restroom they’re not washing their hands. There was no toilet paper, tissue everywhere and toilets were filthy. I then proceeded to wait the average time and saw Jennifer. It’s unfortunate that she continues to have attitude with other customers, she’s so unfriendly and disrespectful. I’ve given this store multiple attempts to get past all the issues but I will no longer be giving them my business. This store needs leadership to step in and provide more support, training and revamp the exterior or completely close down because it’s going to continue to go downhill. Although the food will make up for the place but I enjoy giving business to establishments that have happy employees and are clean. So sad...
Read moreUPDATE 12/1/2023: forgot to include a side of a TB hashbrown. They've made at least 3 mistakes on orders I've placed and I order from EB very infrequently. Called and the person (Jayden I think?) sounded like he didn't really care, saying he'd put one in the oven and that they're really busy right now. I certainly hope this person is not a manager...And now I have a cold sandwich I'll likely throw away due to having to waste time to go back to pick up the missing part of my order. And now I see they screwed up the farmhouse sandwich by omitting the ham. 🤦🏻 This location is ridiculous. I'm done with EB.
I asked for two eggs on my farmhouse - got none. Got one egg on my other bagel when I asked for two. Manager seemed almost robotic in his attempt to resolve the issue, first offering to "make a note" so the next time I get a free farmhouse. I asked if they could just remake it and he said yes (as though this solution hadn't dawned on him). I also asked to undo the $3 tip I put on my card and he first said that wasn't possible and then said he has to see if they can do it. I've been on hold for quite some time. Still no resolution.

Read moreI went in about to piss my pants and waited in line patiently to ask for the bathroom code while my fiance ordered, I was told "paying customers only" I said I am about to order we have been in line, I was told "company policy" I am not sure what made you be so rude to me as I was waiting patiently for the bathroom. If that is the case I will take my business elsewhere. I should have relieved myself on your floor for making me wait because it was a little busy; will not be coming back to this one, all because you can't make a judgement call on giving the code because you're afraid of getting trouble, or of someone doing something wrong in the bathroom I literally would've rather left and got food somewhere else ANYWHERE ELSE if I didn't almost piss my pants. I ordered 2 sandwiches and one drink, the sandwiches were handed to me immediately, they were already made before I had finished my order and the iced coffee hasn't even been started I had to go up to the counter and wait for my drink 5 minutes later.
