Globe Life Liberty National Division The BIG Agency — Attraction in Spring

So I got benefits from Liberty National at my workplace. I’m a young man and like most young men we typically aren’t thinking about the worst case scenarios that can happen. Brian Chase and Connor presented me with coverage options. I’ll be honest I was on the fence about it because as a young man not making too much in the way of income I knew it was going to be difficult to swing despite being EXTREMELY affordable. But I knew I needed coverage and that it would be better to setup early in my life rather than later so I setup a whole life policy and an accidental death and dismemberment policy as well. At the time I was riding a motorcycle to and from work (4 min drive). So Brian heavily recommended the accidental death and dismemberment policy. Quite literally, a MONTH after setting up the policy that went into affect immediately the worst case scenario did happen. I was at my grandparents house Christmas Day. I rode my motorcycle up there because it was a nice day and there wouldn’t be a lot of drivers on the road that were a danger to a motorcyclist such as myself. On the way home I went 12 ft down into a creek. It is a complete miracle I survived and the events leading up to how I survived. (Details I won’t bore people with.) I broke most everything on the left side of my body and ended up with my left leg being amputated. Now... I said I had initiated the policy a month before the accident. I hadn’t even paid the first months dues yet... when Brian found out about my accident he immediately went into action. He got all my paperwork filed and handled and a check paid out for my accidental death and dismemberment policy before I had even paid their company a dime. That policy turned a devastating accident into a blessing. I won’t disclose the dollar amounts but it helped me pay off medical bills and get enough money for a down payment on a house. In the years time since the accident I am doing better than I was before. My sincerest thanks to Brian and Liberty National for actually doing the right things. Something I never expected. I do not recommend this insurance company! I initially came in to become better educated on life insurance and left with even more questions and an insurance policy… The agent I was working with Harold didn’t even know that the policy states that if a customer returns it within 20 days, it’s treated as if it was never in place AND all premiums paid will be refunded to the customer but the manager Robert told me I couldn’t get a refund even though it’s stated in black and white on the policy!
