Pros: Great tasting drinks, love the flan topping option. Cute ambience.

Cons: Blender for smoothies is “broken/not working” 90% of the time. Selection is not very broad but rather limited.

Previously was my favorite tea house, however after numerous failed attempts I can no longer be a supporting consumer. I find it hard to believe that 90% of the time the blender is broken, and I’m not made aware of this until I arrive because they never seem to answer the phone. So I basically drive there as a waste of time since there’s always some sort of problem. I can count with both hands the amount of times that the blender was “nonoperational”. If you can’t provide an item from the menu, maybe it would be a good idea to omit such items.

I recently called to place a to go order for a smoothie at 8:45PM (they close at 9), and my order was rejected due to the fact that the blender had already been shut down and cleaned (if it was even operating to begin with). As someone who works in the customer service industry, I am fully sympathetic of closing in a hasty fashion, but the fact of the matter remains that this is an establishment that has proclaimed their business hours to end at 9PM. Considering the order was attempted to be placed at 8:45PM, 15 mins seems like sufficient time to make a smoothie, clean the blender, and close accordingly. Closing prematurely is an injustice to the customers who drive 25+ mins to decompress from a chaotic work day to enjoy a refreshing beverage, but I suppose that’s too...

Honestly speaking, you would never guess how amazing this boba shop is based on the signs alone. I’ve seen this place so many times driving to and from Hong Kong Food Market area or Willowbrook area and never gave it a second thought. Then tried it today and WOW!

The inside is super cute and comfy. Lots of tables and chairs. They have cute wall decals and even one with wings to take a picture in front of. Staff are super friendly. Menu offers unique options like Japanese Milk Tea Black Sugar or Korean Milk Tea. Boba itself is chewy and the milk tea is a perfect blend of milk and tea (some other boba shops have milk tea which straight up taste like milk!). And my favorite part are the cups!

The cups are SO cute!! They’re made of stronger material and have a lid at the top, one to sip and one to use the straw. It’s so nice! I am definitely a big fan of this place and can say it’s probably going to be one of my new boba spots in...

I can’t say enough good things about Ulike Milk Tea Shop! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and top-notch service. The drinks are fantastic – perfectly crafted with just the right amount of sweetness and a wide variety of flavors.
