They have good prices but the quality of some of the clothes is cheap. You can occasionally find some nice things. I personally think Marshall's and TJMaxx have nicer things but pricing on certain items are higher. At this particular location when I was looking at the underwear, the lady near the dressing area yelled at me and said to stop taking the panties off of the hangers. I told her that it had already been detached but she still keept saying to not do it . On a positive note, they do honor returns, so...

As most other Ross stores, it's just not shopper friendly because it's not very organized, more/less due to customers just putting things anywhere instead of back where it belongs & I am sure not enough staffed employees to keep up with the mess. Shoes, you got 6 in 8 sized section, XL in M sized section & on & on. So, I didn't end up walking out with anything that I just couldn't live without and I am not a 'search shopper'...
