Bought a brand new recliner last may and the delivery guys brought in a couch that wasn't even mine had to argue with them that that wasn't mine didn't bring all the pieces to my recliner finally had to call the warehouse and tell them that they didn't bring my manual recliner so we had to make a trip out to warehouse they gave us back our delivery fee so we come home and wait for the piece that was missing to be delivered in a few days after it was delivered about a week after someone was sitting on the manual recliner and it wouldn't go back down so we had to have that replaced then about a month later and recliner that is electric a motor went out so I called they had a guy come out about a week later he had to order the motor piece for the top part of my recliner waited about four months for that to finally arrive called Morris told them the motor arrived sent out a guy about a week later he went to put it in and it wasn't even the right motor so he had to order the right motor to be put in we have been waiting another 3 months I call in December and the girl says oh I'm sorry the person that takes care of that has been off because of illness so it was just put in the end of December so now we are going into April almost still no motor have called they don't wanna replace the piece that's their policy they say. Believe me I will never order or buy anything from Morris furniture again and then to beat it all my son goes and buys him a bed they deliver it and they don't have the slats for it so he had to turn around and wait on that for about 3 weeks so hes no longer a customer of Morris furniture either I will never deal with this company again they are awful. Customer Service people it should never take almost a year to get my couch fixed...

Was told it would be in 1 delivery, Then changed to 3 because they said out of stock, but then I went to store and spoke with district manager there and they said it wasn't out of stock that they would change it to 2 deliveries, then today for my 2nd delivery told me they forgot to put a piece on the truck and the delivery driver said that wasn't the case, they just didn't have it there(which they lied to me) then offered me a 3rd delivery which every time my husband has to take a vacation day for. We have to cut our actual vacation short to go see my parents in Florida because now my husband had to cut his vacation time due to your company cannot get their act together. Also the time I went to the store after the first delivery, the district manager promised to call me that night to see what she could do about a different delivery, she never called me at all and I just got an email stating that it was rescheduled. Read moreI ordered a couch and ottoman that they had to order. they arrived and the ottoman was the wrong size. I tried calling to fix the issue and they have NO WAY of reaching them by phone. the contact me form never reached anyone and I had to use the online chat on their website. it has been a week and a half of playing email tag with someone who can't even understand that they sent the wrong one. every time i use the chat they say someone will call me and no one ever does. They may be good when nothing goes wrong but this has been a nightmare otherwise. I highly recommend getting your furniture...
