Panda Wok is an hidden gem. Originally, the front of the restaurant faced Kemper and was very easy to see; now there is an empty IHOP that was built then closed, leaving Panda behind a structure and squelching their progress. The restaurant's kitchen is very clean; just ask the lady that works there and she will proudly open the curtains and express real pride with a big smile. The food is very well made. The Egg Foo Yung is freshly prepared and the eggs is not scorched (get the combo for plenty of shrimp!). Pricing is great; Egg Rolls are a buck twenty-five and not greasy). And, the mixed vegetables were cooked perfectly--not too raw and not too soft. I come here during my lunch break (typically an hour) and they get me the food within 10 to 15 minutes!
