According to my receipt her name was Magali M, worse service Iāve ever had. The only line worker and cashier were flirting instead of taking orders. Let the line go to the door then sent the only line worker on break. The cashier comes over and is instantly rude to all the customers then tells us she has to do the online orders before us even though there wasnāt anyone there for online orders. After waiting another 15 mins for her to do the orders, two customers behind me left. She ran out of rice, noodles and orange chicken. Another employee who was in the kitchen came over to then tell the chef that they needed the items because the other worker didnāt. She then told us that it would take 15-30 mins before the items were ready to serve. At that point I just walked out, never again will me and my family return.
I understand being short staffed, I understand making online orders if someone is waiting for them. But just the way she talked to us after we so patiently waited, no one even complained. It just makes no sense. If you want to flirt with coworkers, just serve the people already there then do whatever you want....

Both chicken dishes did not not taste fresh, and in fact seemed almost like you guys ship this stuff into the store, and mircrowave it as people order it. I have no clue, but what I do know is that I spent good money for a meal that I should have just thrown away. They were Happy in 2 ways, they both were awarded from their school a coupon to recieve a Cub meal.The 2nd way was they(the sisters) were going to Panda Express.. When they approached the counter to be served they were told they could only accept one of Cub Meals not both. Whaaaat!^Ā„ā¬Ā¢Ā£ā¢#$!!!!! I asked for the Manager. In talking with her. The Manager she stated; she could, they would have to ring out separately. Whaaaat!!!! I stated ok. The food looked Great but .... I felt we were being WRONGLY treated as customers at this restaurant. They were Not Happy to see Us but Happy to see Us Go. I'm greatly disappointed. But the food looked GREAT and the young Sisters Enjoyed their Cub Meals. Before stating that I will not patronize Panda Express anymore... I will go there again and of course with children. I still work with the State of Ohio Children Program . Once again the Food looked GREAT and the young Sisters Enjoyed...
