Burger King — Restaurant in Springdale

Last straw... done with this waste of space. don't get me wrong. i love the flame grilled burgers. the food is good. this establishment. not so much. starts with me ordering some chicken fires, fries and a coke. pull up to the window and everyone is wondering around looking wasted not knowing what the hell is going on... several seconds later they open the window "what did you order again?" so i repeated my order at the window... and was asked what sauce i wanted. i told them. what felt like an entreaty later i get my meal. i check to make sure its the right food, with how they where acting, it wouldn't of surprised me if they still screwed up my order... which they did! i get home and i have no sauce or straw for my drink after being told it was in the bag... at this point i normally vent my stress in just trying to get the asshats fired by giving a horrible survey. accept it wouldn't work... i get "code invalid" so i tried again... code invalid... i tired once more checking each and every letter.. yes they are 100% match. "sorry you have exceeded the survey limit" and nothing else will show on the...

I placed an order for 1 sandwhich which the girl making the food in the back was on it did an outstanding job my sandwhich was made by time I was rung out but it sat there the girl that rung me out and took my order was rude she wasn't even in uniform she was in a plain black shirt no name tag brown hair girl with glasses I thanked her and she gave me a look like I just cursed her but there was 2 employees in the parking lot messing with a car mind you it was 12:05 then the girl that took my order rang 3 more orders out then went outside and was with the 2 employees outside while my sandwhich was still sitting in the warmer then she come back in took another order while a guy came from the back went back in the back then came back out and asked me did u have a double whopper which I replied ya the one that's been sittin under the warmer while everyone worried wats going on outside ya that's mine bagged it and handed it to me he actually did say have a nice day but i wont ever go...

I'm sick at home in bed and my husband just ran out to grab Burger King for our family's lunch. The service was quick, which is why I rated two stars. I ordered a Whopper Jr with cheese and I'm not sure what I received. Whatever it is, had bacon and tortilla chips and some sort of Mexican sauce on it and no cheese. It had definitely been sitting for over an hour because the lettuce was slimy and curled up wilted. The bun was soggy and brown and the wrapping paper was completely greasy on every part of it. The entire sandwich was ice cold. The Burger King is 10 minutes away and there's no way I'm going to make my husband run back up and exchange it for the right sandwich. It's very upsetting when you go out of your way to go to a place and they cannot get the order right. And what they served me was beyond foul. I can't believe they would serve a sandwich that had been sitting that long let alone it being the completely...
