Target — Local services in Springdale

This store really gains a new customer and it's me! Kendall, the staff was really helpful. He went above and beyond this evening, taking care of my need. They are out of specific perfume I was looking for. He called other dept and even other store to make sure I was able to get it. While he's put on hold for quite a while, he started making a conversation, a great one. We talked about traveling, food, etc. It's very nice engaging with him. He's busy (got some calls), but he focused on taking care of me for the whole entire evening. That's the great service!!!!!! Not only that, he gave me a gift card to redeem due to not having the perfume in stock at his store. I didn't expect that, but I was greatful how he handled this situation.

I work in customer service world, and I watch everything how store staffs treat customers and vice versa. Tonight, he really showed how great and outstanding his service was, and how happy I was. I went to another store and picked up my fave perfume and I will be going out of town with that item. Thank you, Kendall!!!! God bless you! You deserve a recognition! We need more Kendalls...

i had just came form the Sams club in spring-dale to cancel our member ship after our local one closed up shop. i stopped in here to get some composition notebooks. it was really easy to find the composition notebooks. they are with the school and office supply section they have many different types of notebooks including mead five star. the pen section was picked over but that is not why i came here. i came here to pick up some 50 cent composition notebooks. the probably had 12 or more composition notebooks in stock. they had red blue yellow and green. this is also the generic of other ones that they sell but it is not made by up and up like all the other generics that target products are. this target used to have neon roping on the wall if you do not know what i am talking about just google target neon roping. i selected all of the notebooks that i was going to buy eight in total lol! and proceeded to the check out. i was checked out by a girl named Paige and she was wonderful i was in and out in under 10 minuets. I go to different targets around the city probably every other day. At least 3 times a week. This one is hands down the worst. They are doing construction in the parking lot and have 75% of it closed off. I had a drive up order and was unable to go to the drive up area. No big deal, went inside. At least 3 of the pick up workers walked passed me while I stood there for five minutes. Finally one asked if I had been helped I said no they said I needed to go to the guest services area great I did. There were two employees both of which scanners were not working after five minutes they got it working. Scanned my barcode then could not locate my bags for another 3-4 minutes. Once I got to my car I realized I was missing two items (it was a small order of only eight items total.) at this point I’m pissed. I understand things happen I had to wait, couldn’t get drive up ok but then there’s still items missing? I go back in get the items and check out where I see they have three self checkouts open and one is cash only so I wait another five minutes in line....
