Don’t go to the one in Rogers! The manager on duty today 05/10 allowed a waitress to confront me while I was trying make a complaint. It was literally the worst experience I have had eating there. The waitress had a poor attitude from the upon return beginning of our experience and we left without eating or paying. I asked my husband to get me an unsweetened tea while I went to the bathroom . When I came back to the table I added Splenda to it and took a drink. The tea was not good it tasted like day old tea. When the waitress comes back I kindly asked her for a water because the tea doesn’t taste good. She rudely replies “obviously it’s unsweetened tea. I told that I had already add sweetener to the tea and it still was not to my liking. She took the tea and walked off. Upon returning with the water she started taking out order and was very short when speak to us. My husband couldn’t even get his complete order out before she snatched the menu out of his hand. I kindly tried to tell her the sides he wanted and she replied he wants it like the picture. I kindly told her no that he wanted two different sides and she was like okay and walked off. I asked for a manager to explain the situation and try to get new employee to serve us. But the manager allowed the waitress to confront us and make a spectacle of herself verbally attack both of us. She even went as far as to say I don’t care if he’s your husband or not. Needless to say we left and won’t go back. They sad thing it’s a good place to eat but the service...
Read moreThe one in Rogers was closed so we drive a bit further to this one. First, they do not practice the 6’ distancing. Not one customer in there had a mask on. The workers have masks and gloves. When we were sat right next to people in very close proximity, we decided to get it to go. It took a bit, but they were busy. When we got home the food looked like it was thrown into the box (or the box was dropped) and it was shook around. There was also fries that looked like they had been broke into pieces tossed in with the fajitas. Everything was mixed up together. That was not done by the drive on the way home at all. They seemed polite in the restaurant, but this was just rude. There wasn’t even the amount that you would get sitting in the restaurant. Not even the 1/4 of amount. The tables were not wiped down and the chairs have not been cleaned in who knows how long. The kids plates seemed fine. I can only hope nothing was...
Read moreFood and the atmosphere is always worth the visit... The women here don't play when it comes to service either in the front or back of the house. I should've taken a side shot of my alambre breakfast burrito to show off the thickness and why it's worth the price. You won't always receive a tres leches set up like this as it depends on your server, but it definitely hit the spot and made it difficult to eat my burrito. Whenever possible, I eat my cold items prior to the warm or hot items to help with digestion. If or whenever you're in Northwest AR, I suggest taking a detour from the chain or your comfort zone Mexican restaurants and visit here one time. You can decide on your own if it's to your standards or not because not everyone has the unique palette as I possess. I also heard they make mean...
