Absolutely done with this location! Most of the staff is friendly but there is one gentleman here that is far from gentle. The first occurence with him was him accusing me of lying to get free food when they got the order wrong. Talked with the RDM and she was VERY nice about the issue and corrected it, returning my business. However, every time i go there he always has a negative attitude. Multiple times i have ordered my items a particular way no problem. Tonight I asked and he said i have to charge for it. I replied theyve done it for me numerous times and never charged to which he got a hell of an attitude and said they werent supposed to and im noI going to do it. Great food and most of the staff is good, especially the RDM. However, due to this gentlemans attitude im done. To the gentleman if you read this, friendliness is key to good customer service, which in turn leads to repeat business. A course in customer service training is something you and your sub par attitude could benefit from. This location lost my business of 1-3 times a day 7 days a week due to him. Read moreWalked into the Lobby while my wife was getting coffee from next door. Maria "the manager" said the lobby is closed and opens in 10mins but I can use the drive through. I stated I walked over and but I can pretend that I'm a car since she wouldn't take my order in store. I proceeded to try and order through the drive through window and was told that I needed to buy a car if I wanted to order at the drive through. I asked for her name and who was her manager.
