May 16, 2023 Update: we've now used ACIS services numerous times and have sent countless friends and family members. None have been dissatisfied. Just today, I walked in to be greated by name after not being in personally for a few years. And after learning that there was nothing that could be done to revive my laptop, I got some good advice and some commiseration on a recent job loss. He even asked about my son who he remembered helping us build that computer for 3 years prior for Christmas. I'm telling you people - 5+ stars. Service doesn't get better than these guys. 5:45am at an airport returning from vacation is the last place you want have to deal with an IT issue but that's where I found myself on Monday morning after a text from the office told me that our VOIP phone system was dead. After checking a few things I texted Travis and explained the situation and that I was boarding a plane headed to Springfield. Travis told me not to worry and they would take care of everything. I boarded the plane and had no worries that the problem would be fixed well before we landed. Travis immediately sent a technician with a new POE switch to our office in Joplin and had the phone system back up and working ASAP.
