I tried to order a jacket for a Christmas gift and they did not look into ordering it like they said they would so I called after not hearing from them for 2 days and spoke to the only nice employee I ended up communicating with. She took my order after calling the company to assure I'd get it in time for Christmas and I paid for it over the phone. I called about it a week later to see about its status, the girl who answered knew nothing and i had to ask her to go out of her way to call them. She did so begrudgingly and still knew nothing. I waited almost another week and once again I had to ask them to call and check on my order. She said they were closed and knew nothing. She promptly asked if I wanted my money back. I was shocked because I was told I would have this before Christmas. I could not believe the lack of friendly customer service so I canceled the order and will never go to this local store again. If I had ordered this from Amazon I would have had it in time for Christmas. I prefer to shop local but they will never get my business back. Do not buy from horse creek outfitters website. I Purchased a 5x Bailey in buckskin for over $300 after tax and was sent a 2x that is priced at $140. I had contacted them ahead of time before they shipped my order to confirm that my hat was in stock and would ship soon as I planned to wear it to my wedding.
