Horrible experience! My daughter attended a birthday party here a few weeks ago; I was actually considering hosting my daughters 11th birthday here and thank God I never reached out for information. This experience was just awkward! You could tell how stressed the Mom host was from how awkward the employees made her guests feel! From the minute you walk-in there is no guidance as to what is happening. Parents are just sitting around and the kids are clueless as to what to do. The employees try to be so sophisticated and dont get the kids pumped to be at this place. They just push them into a room filled with TVs and game consoles. To market this location for kids of all ages is a true lie! The so called arcade games; its like 5 machines. We kept on being told we couldn’t stand certain places or use the machines certain ways. At one point, one of the employees approached us to tell us to keep the same amount of balls in each of the arcade rolling pin machines. He was just watching our every move as if we were going to steal the damn balls. Yes, there are seats for adults, but again wherever we sat or stood, we were told we couldn’t be there. The candy machine they had was practically empty with cheap no brand candy. The location has a great vibe, very modern, and clean; however, an employee is literally behind you with a broom cleaning up. When it was time for the kids to eat, they basically rushed us out of the play area. They don’t announce anything they kinda just shove the kids into a room and rush everyone because another party is arriving. At no moment do they advise the parents that there is another room they can sit in. Some parents were standing in the door way and were told to make their way out for the servers to serve “cold” pizza (provided by the venue) so again every place a parent would stand they were asked to move! some parents considered standing outside the venue because that’s what it felt like they were trying to do. The laser tag room is small and definitely not fun when you have more than 10 kids! Some kids were left out bc there was not enough room or vests! I’m laughing because I see another parent left a review and were told the party had a face painter, balloon artist, and photo booth! Unless these vendors were hidden under the chairs we could not sit on they definitely were not at this party! This is definitely not a fun...
Read moreFrom the moment that I reached out to the owner and asked about how a party runs there it became apparent that Trish was into details and wanted everything to run smoothly . I selected her dynamite package because I like the details . She had the plates there and everything was set up by the time the children entered the party room . We collaborated on the dessert bar . I added things into my dessert bar and she worked with me every step of the way. I suggest adding the extra hour to your party because the laser tag can keep people going for one hour and there is so much to do . I had a ballon artist for smaller kids and face painting. This helped to keep all ages occupied . Everyone mentioned how clear the venue was . Some venues have back to back parties like Kidoolo and aren’t as clean . They go out of their way to make sure that everything is swept and wiped down w cleaning products. The adult food bar was perfect . It’s nice to have the outside food for adults because the space has a lounge feel to it. Adults even had a great time and could talk because there is enough sofa seats . I love supporting venues when the actual owners place their heart into a business . Trish and her husband went above and beyond to work the party and are there the entire time . Her husband ran the game room and all the kids loved it . They had a smile on and anything that we needed was taken care of . I was hesitant with back to back parties but as one party end the next begins like most kids venues . I even had time to help set up the party room during the party since the food was offered at the end . Wonderful party zone and you have a nice size venue . You feel Comfortable w a larger group there and you don’t have to run around chasing your kids because it’s all secure and manageable ....
Read moreRecently attended a bday party there. The lasertag experience is great for the kids but that’s about it. The rest of the facility is pretty basic, the party rooms are small and the arcade is basically equivalent to what someone could have in their basement. The staff clearly have no desire to be there and their interaction with the kids is that of a bored older sibling who was forced by their parents to attend their younger sibling’ party. They wanted us to do the birthday cake while the kids were still eating (literally got the bday boy up the table with his mouth full - who does that?) and when I told them to please not rush us and let the kids have dinner first, I was faced with a disgruntled response and then a manager who was making disrespectful comments to their employee thinking I was not listening and defending ‘their process’. This was not my party and ultimatetly the kids had fun but I don’t think my friends (parents of bday boy) got real value for the...
