This place is awful. I have a fleet vehicle, I originally had an appointment set up on Tuesday. When I got there I was told it would take 2 hours just to diagnose it and would be forced to do two recalls. I didn’t have the time since I was on the clock. We then set up for an appointment Friday morning where they could provide a loaner car according to them. They said i could drop it off Thursday before 4pm. Since then I received text messages saying my appointment was Wednesday. I called, left voicemails and texts and the reply I received was from the sale team saying I could lower my monthly payments. I explained for the 3rd time it’s a Fleet car. I told them the story and they said my appointment was for Thursday. I explained the story AGAIN, they said they would call me back. I left 2 more VMs and texts trying to get a hold of the person who takes care of loaners. Nobody called back and it’s Thursday now. Friday morning I call to verify the appointment, a young lady said my appointment was the day before, I explained my story AGAIN, she said, we don’t do loaners on Fridays. I said maybe mention that to your workers, she said she’d call me right back. An hour after nobody called back, I called again at 8:12 Friday the 13th of June and spoke to a man in the service department. Told my story AGAIN, he tells me they don’t do loaners of Fridays, I said I know that now but maybe tell your employees that because that’s not what I was told originally. He said, it’s not true I need to do the recalls because they’re not safety concerns. Again, I tell him he should let his people know that. He said, you can come in Monday but he’ll just take care of the brakes which I why I set this all up in the first place. So, I wouldn’t have a car for work which I need all weekend because the car I have is almost not drivable and they won’t give me a loaner. At this point I decided I’m done. There are other service garages that can do this without all the BS but I let him know, I will tell Enterprise Fleet about this and will also let my coworkers know to stay away from this company. At that point, he curses and hangs up. I felt compelled to let other people know how awful this guy was and how awful the entire experience was. I’m without a car until I can get it fixed which means no work and no money and it’s all because of Nissan City’s incompetence, miscommunications, and rudeness. When they thought it was a personal car they could refinance, they were giddy but still not competent since all their information was wrong even though I gave the right information several times. I will never go, recommend or buy a car from this company because they’re the absolute worse. I’d never trust them with my hard earned money and definitely not with service. I hope management reads this and goes directly after the guy who swore and hung up that’s why the time stamp. I’d fire someone like that, incompetent I get, rudeness is completely uncalled for especially since I didn’t raise my voice once and was very patient throughout this ridiculous week of going back and forth with them.
Response to Michael Ianelli the general manager’s response: You are gaslighting. You are lying. I didn’t raise my voice and I don’t use profanities. So whatever recordings you’re referring to, they weren’t mine. You are defending what happened and that just ensures me I was 100% correct about the company. All the negative reviews here must all be wrong. Being you’re the manager, I understand why the staff is incompetent. I leave reviews for extraordinary service whether it’s amazing or really bad, like yours. Take the hit and maybe learn from it? We’re not perfect beings, but when people cuss and hang up on you, the business should be held accountable. I hope many people make their decision from this review...
Read moreActually Michael, you are incorrect. This was an ongoing issue for 6 MONTHS, your accommodating of service work on Saturday was the complete opposite. Halfway through the day when I called and still had no progress on my vehicle I attempted to pick up because I could not be without MY vehicle, but was assured it would be completed ready by EOD. Well surprise Mike, not only was the repair not finished(as assured to me that same day multiple times) but now it was physically unable to be driven because the driver seat was taken out and the technician that took it out refused to put back cause now it was closing time. So effectively my car was now being held hostage by YOUR dealership, that promised for months and that ENTIRE Saturday that my vehicle would be finished. You say you offered a loaner car free of charge to accommodate, first of all did you plan on charging me when you have a technician that can’t complete a simple seat replacement? Secondly, the “offer” of the loaner car was discussed MONTHS AGO and again that same day, was not acceptable as I travel for work and needed MY vehicle, that again, was promised to me that day. So yes Mike, when I came back to the dealership after hours and realized that not only was I lied to the entire day, but now it was impossible to get my car back until monday(that did me no good) I used curse words. I think any human being put in my situation would have done the same, and I didn’t need to, but apologized anyway to the single individual that heard my curse words that was not helping me at all. As for the tantrum, would that be a customer being upset when he was lied to by your entire staff and then had no access to his vehicle for almost 2 days? Other than that, I have no clue where you’re pulling a “tantrum” from. Maybe if you were around or even involved in this situation at any point you would have the correct information, just seems to me you like to give untruthful responses to negative reviews against your dealership, which has quite a few that I’m not surprised at all about after my experience. I never asked for “years worth of free service” but I did expect you to rectify your MASSIVE MISTAKE by offering some services to attempt to correct your fumble. I didn’t expect much from you anyway as when the car finally was returned it had less gas, gas tank left open, car left running in driveway with keys still inside and low tire pressure, and the best you could offer was one oil change(within a small window frame) and 1 car detailing which was just laughable in my opinion after what I had gone through with this god awful repair job and customer service. I honestly didn’t even want any services from YOUR dealership and would have driven further to get “accommodations”but was told you could only offer me any services and again...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. Everything about this dealership was a complete nightmare. I've never seen so many dishonest people working in the same place. Avoid going here at all costs. Especially the Financial guy. RUN!!!! I got there at 1:30pm and didn't leave until 7pm without the deal that we originally agreed upon. When it got down to signing the papers everything was changed, as you can imagine I was furious! 5 and half hours of my time wasted not to mention I was with my 4 year old daughter. The original agreement was selling my Nissan Maxima for 11k and they would finish the final payment on it for 1400. Then I would get a leased car with no money down and the payment would be 440 a month, 36 months and 10k miles a year. We shook on the deal 🤝 and agreed. Perfect they transferred the insurance to the new vehicle and the brought me to the financial guy who was super arrogant. He began to tell me to just sign the papers very passively and little no explanation. Suddenly they couldn't give me the original agreed monthly payment of 440 a month for the lease that it would now be 459. We let it go, at this point I just wanted to get out of there. So I continued to sign the papers and I noticed there was no sign of the 11k check as promised so at mid signing I asked can I please get the of 11k check before we finished signing and he said you mean 8500.I'm sorry excuse me? No sir we agreed that it would be the 11k for my Maxima. He then tried to tell me we needed to put 1k down for the lease vehicle and that they would deduct the 1400 from the 11k they originally offered and then they threw in tax fees. Mind you, they said in the begining that electric vehicles didn't have a tax charge. So they were basically trying to mislead me so bad. I literally felt so disgusted by these people, it was like making a deal with the devil. I literally had to go home and take 2 Xanaxs to calm myself. I plead you, please question everything and READ everything! TAKE YOUR TIME. Don't blindly sign anything as they like to try to scam you this way. It's unfortunate, when I called out the financial guy about how he was being dishonest he got disrespectful and unprofessional. Never again will I come here. I have nice video of him basically threatening me that he was going to put me a a tiar 5 from a tiar 3. Só basically it has nothing to do with your credit. It's if they like you or not...
