It is hard to believe that one week ago today I was sitting in a federal courtroom with members of my family waiting for Judge Lawless to pass sentencing on my oldest nephew for two counts of indictment under federal law. We were shocked and devastated to learn of these charges since they were so out of character for him; however, a year ago he pled guilty to drawing unemployment benefits from the Railroad while employed elsewhere. When questioned why he would make such an unwise decision to do so, he simply stated he was trying to raise two children on his own and provide for them with very little income. He was living in a small town and to get to work, shop for groceries and other amenities it was necessary to travel and the price of gas and events of covid were a contributing factor.
Dan was referred to us by another attorney friend of mine and we were very impressed with his no nonsense demeanor and his non sugar coating explanation of just how serious the charges were against my nephew and he never once promised he could convince the court to be anything but fair and even convinced us that incarceration was a real probability.
These actions negatively impacted his recent marriage involving two teenage stepdaughters as well as his desire to show his biological children that he was raised to always be honest and ask for help when needed. To say that my nephew was anything but remorseful and angry at himself for causing so many people who loved him such worry and grief during his bonding out period is an understatement. He realized he had finally gained employment through a company he truly loves and threw himself into becoming a valued and humble member of the community by getting involved in amateur radio activities, accepting leadership roles during emergency situations and working very long extra hours to be able to make amends, pay restitution and regain some self worth through his privilege of being allowed to bond out and work throughout the past year while waiting for his sentencing hearing.
We highly respect Mr. Noll for his professional and caring attitude to us during a very trying and frightening phase of our lives and are extremely grateful to Judge Lawless for her leniency and fairness in sentencing. The outcome was very much a surprise in many ways and such a relief and blessing! We would without a doubt highly recommend Noll Law Office to anyone who is seeking professional guidance and a basic no nonsense approach to dealing with matters way beyond our ability.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreWish I could rate a 0! Communication among staff is terrible. I have spoken at length to an assistant who calls about my case, address change, lack of further follow-up appointments etc. none of this was apparently documented and they sent me a notice to withdraw via EMAIL and was apparently also sent via mail to my OLD address that I've never received along with other correspondence I never received because I had moved which I relayed to this office. The person who called me always had to have me repeat things numerous times always seemingly rushed and I was never sure if she fully understood or got everything down. I know now she absolutely did not! To make things worse, I was told by this office to pursue further testing regardless of expense but to try to keep up on payments as they would be suing for reimbursement of everything. I expressed my financial burden and difficulties and they urged it regardless. Now I have bills I'll never have reimbursed and damages to my body due to a fall I can never afford to get fixed because they don't keep records of conversations and address changes. The icing on the cake though was when I responded via email about these issues and lack of communication this office responded with simply.... "Good luck to you Sara" ! Are you kidding me?!?...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIn my experience I found Noll Law Office to be very professional and proficient in their work. Throughout my dealings with them they were readily available for meetings, prompt in returning phone calls, and open to incorporating my own thoughts and suggestions into our defense. Despite having only been accused of a minor crime, I never felt pressured to falsely plead guilty as had been my experience with previous attorneys. In the end Daniel Noll successfully argued for us in front of a jury and the Court returned a directed verdict in our favor.
Despite working in and around a courtroom and being innocent, it is still highly stressful being accused of any misconduct. I thank the Nolls for all of their time and attention. I always felt welcome, listened to and generally reassured by both Jon and Dan. Should the need of a skilled attorney ever arise again, I know that I will consult with Noll Law...
