This has to be the most frustrating experience ever. It has been a couple of months since I started the repair process on my grandfather clock. At first I was excited. The gentleman working on my clock was amazing and friendly. I had to initiate call after call. The owner would call, and the repair gentlemen would usually return the owner's call, but not mine. When I actually talked to the owner about the issue, he said stated he would call the serviceman. Now my clock sits in pieces. I have had my German Bim Bam  clock for over 46 years. It is one of my most prized possessions. But it is a real challenge to keep this clock running and working well.
