Soundsmart — Attraction in Springfield

I'm an incredibly impatient person and didn't feel like waiting on a delivery from etsy. I went in here with fingers crossed hoping to find a special Super Mario themed rolling tray for my husband's whose birthday is coming up soon. Imagine my amazement when one of the guys behind the counter said, "Yeah, we just got a new shipment of trays in." Instead of just pointing in the direction of what I was looking for like I'm sure done people would do, he actually came around the counter and helped me look for exactly what I wanted. There were a couple that had bumps in them. He looked until he found the one in perfect condition. I appreciate him taking his time. I didn't visit soundsmart. Maybe I walked by? Now I see that asking the question of the google reviews, which asked me to review a shop when I hadn't been there, was a mistake. I only hit the 1star to be able to ask why they wanted me to review. I didn't realize it would give this place a bad review. I have been the owner of a business and it certainly would make me mad if that happened to me. So my apologies to Soundsmart. Found what I need. Friendly fellas behind the counter will eagerly help, they have a pretty deep well of knowledge for this stuff. The pricing of their pipes, and accessories are extremely fair compared to other shops around. If I had to be negative about something; your twisting my arm, but their t- shirts are expensive, but you won't find those shirts anywhere else. For being in Springfield,{it has a great location}, and living in Nixa; I gladly drive the extra 5 minutes for price, quality, and environment.
