Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Springfield

I dined in to this buffet from a school trip, no biggie walked in place was so full but I've seen some tables that were dirty, since the place was so busy I didn't expect much. Well when I got to pick out my tables... Most of the empty tables were dirty. Sauce was on the table, plates were scattered, the drinks were still there, there's a trash are to put your trash in and the plates not too hard. But I picked out a table because there's no other "clean" tables. But I got my food and I sat down most of my food was okay, but the pizza was not so good.....room temperature pizza.. it was under a lamp that's supposed to make the pizza warm... Not this one apparently. The moreni looked around and observed the place, the floor was dirty there's crumbs everywhere trash on the floor. And I was going to to throw all the trash away for these lazy people, the employee that took my friend order me both of us was cleaning up everything, yes we came in from a school trip so there's quite a few kids here and running around, but after all the kids say and ate, there was almost nobody that came in and tried to order anything so when the employee came around and pickup the trash I was so confused....why couldn't you clean up after most of the kids already sat down or getting food? Biggest problem is the whole place is so dirty and the food is not even fresh or somewhat fresh, I can tell that they have been sitting there when...

On the evening of Saturday February 25th. I took my wife and 2 year old son out to a night of pizza buffet and games. However upon arrival their were only 2 pizzas available at the buffet. Each pizza containing 3 pieces of pizza or less. No breadsticks, no deserts at all were out or available. The staff on site was rude to the customers and especially the Supervisor on duty. She was rude and shouting at her staff blaming them for her lack of leadership skills and not having enough buffet out to accommodate the high volume of dine in at that moment. My family and I usually love going here and is 1 of our top choices of places to eat and have a good family night. However on this night the experience was horrible if every time we ate there was like this experience I probably would not return. The soda machine was tore up we had to wait an hour just to get a drink. The floor was nasty and covered in food, dirt , and napkins. And when I asked how long it would be before their would be any pizza available...I was given a very rude response and treated like I was in the wrong for asking for pizza at a pizza buffet. We will go to Incredible Pizza from now on or Chucky Cheese. Was the worst pizza and kids game pizza chain experience I have ever had the unpleasant experience...

The line inside the door was standstill for over 10 minutes.... the CiCis we remember a few years ago had great pizza, decent crust... it's horrible now. The pizza crust is SO thin that you literally can't eat it holding it as a traditional slice of pizza. The dough on the apple cinnamon dessert pizza was still doughy and way undercooked. WHAT HAPPENED CICI's? Sometimes newer is not always better..... THEN WE DECIDED TO SPEND QUITE A BIT OF MONEY ON YOUR PLAYROOM..... very OVERPRICED and when we finally were ready to get the items with our tickets... the guy behind the counter was HORRIBLE. My daughter was there trying to spend her tickets and he was so rude and very very pushy to say the least. Even used the phrases "are you done" and when she asked if she could see an item.... he replied "you can see them here and acted as he was Vanna White or something" with a smartelic attitude (fyi...my daughter is 15 so she's not a small child looking for that perfect toy). I then took over and asked him to please allow her to be the customer... he then started with me.... that's when my husband stepped in.... needless to say..... I CALLED THE...
