The Old Glass Place — Attraction in Springfield

I'd purchased two tickets to the Edgar Allan Poe Speakeasy event for Saturday night, or so i thought. On Saturday morning I checked to confirm the time and realized I'd mistakenly purchased tickets to Thursday nights show and had obviously missed it. I emailed the glass place to see if I could just exchange the tickets for the show I'd originally wanted to see, the website said there was still seats available. The glass place said they I couldn't make any changes. So I requested a refund and due to their policies that was also out of the question. So I feel a bit robbed, I'd already spent over a hundred dollars i would have gladly spent another 20 to change dates. But oh no, in order to have made the show tonight, I would have had to purchase an additional 2 tickets with no discounts. Be careful with these people, they only want our money, our satisfaction is secondary. Springfield needs less...

The manager is an odd fellow who bursted out at me when I asked the groom (my best friend) a question about when the bar opens. This rating is mainly for him. Pretty unprofessional my man.

He really made the event kind of uncomfortable from that point on. The rest of the staff was great and made up for it as much as they could.

Stunning venue, Manager was extremely rude on multiple occasions. I would suggest some social skill therapy to better understand how to interact with the public. The guests who didn't interact with this man would most likely have a pleasant evening and recommend to friends. However I would suggest to the bride and family to consider another venue. The stress from this mans attitude and comments is not worth the neat venue. ** in response to your comment...
