I was there today 3/16/22 around 1pm during my lunch break, and the staff were so rude, except the guy behind the jewelry counter , he was pleasantly nice and greeted me w/ a smile & asked if I needed help, as a good retail staff member should be , but the girl that worked at the CHANEL counter was so inattentive , impolite, and she did not once bothered to ask if I needed help, she was looking right at me and noticed that I was having a hard time trying to get someone to attend to me because I had a question on a certain product. I could tell she’s not a happy person in general going off by her body language and her mean stare ; she kept talking unrelated topics other than any makeup products or anything store related, I would think she’d be more focused on making a sale instead she was talking some other women,not sure If they were a customer or friend, I totally understand that you should chitchat w/ customers to be more personable and friendly, but if you see a customer who’s obviously waiting to be helped when your only 2ft away , the most respectful & courteous thing to do is to tell that customer you’ll be right w/ them after you finish up your girl talk . My wife and I went there looking for dresses and they had a whole eighth formal dresses in the entire store. She grabs one outfit off a shelf and goes to the fitting room and there’s an area in the fitting room that has a bank of mirrors so you can see what you look like. No one else is here. Some woman that works there goes out of her way to follow me in after I was called into the fitting room area into the general area and scorns me for being there.
