Overpriced games sold by socially awkward staff. There should be extra effort put forth to bridge the gap with casual players that have no idea what kind of dynamics are a part of X board game. Better yet, they should host a game of the month/week so people can try out a game before they spend $60 on it. Board games can be quite the niche market, so making others feel welcomed can only improve profits...
