Katy Nowell each & every time resolved whatever âissuesâ we had with a level of professionalism that sadly has been lost in the twenty first century / COVID-19 pandemic society.    Read moreI had a viper remote car starter installed into my car, by Best Buy because it was included in the purchase. Let me just say - worst decision. I will never get any work done there again. I waited months to get an appointment to get it installed. When the installer was finished, he showed me how to work the automatic starter, and I was super excited to finally be able to warm up my car in the morning, and before leaving work. Well, when I tried to start it each time after that - it didnât work. I tried all different ways... through my key fob, the app and the car remote starter fob itself. I was so disappointed. I called Best Buy immediately to set up another appointment to get it fixed, however, I had to again, wait months just for that. During this time, I have had multiple lights go on and off my dashboard, all starting immediately after the installation of my remote starter. I decided to contact another business because I was super frustrated knowing my car was not functioning as it was before I dropped it off at Best Buy. I went into the new business, explained my situation and they immediately helped me. Within minutes the problem was fixed!! Needless to say, I am never going back to Best Buy.    Read moreThis store was super when Duckie was there...He has moved to Mays Landing.Since he left the store has turned to crap...They brought a manager up from Mays Landing who is useless...although some of the employees down there seem happy to have lost Ben. Don't ask him for help...he's too busy nodding to customers walking in and out. The bearded t.v./electronics manager is another useless d-bag. They hire temps who do try but have no knowledge and others who jump in and simply talk out their rectum. All I wanted was a PS4, which they had plenty of in Mays Landing...Ben said that store was sold out (he couldn't be bothered checking (THANKS!!!)) I also wanted a Sony Video Cam with a package deal that didn't include a 64GB memory card...they said there was nothing they could do because there was no option to change pricing on the computer (even with a Manager override (B.S.)) Once again, at the Mays Landing store the kid there helped by first saying he could get a price break then finding that the camera could not use the memory card. (Thanks again Ben and the dumb girl who's name I don't care about.) I'll drive from my town (Manahawkin) to Mays Landing for quality service and good people...or go to Staples or Target...anywhere else...THIS STORES SUCKS...
